You are awesome mrs jay..❤I have a basic question I might sound dumb this time bu😊t when it comes to actual coding while doing our job do we have to code every time in three steps like E n M code for every encounter then diagnosis code if there and then procedure code is mentioned?sometimes I m confused every patients will have a encounter so do we have to code encounter code every time ?thank you waiting for answer 😊
