Wonderful video and truthful advise, Richard! In 1984 I served the pleasure of being Miss Minnesota North Star, for the NHL. Obviously hockey players and other pro sports-people injuries are common! Their orthopedic Dr told me the BIG SECRET to reducing the fullest potential of an injury was to ICE it for the first 4 days, exactly as you instruct! Followed with the heat and or cold wraps or baths. He told me that the sooner you begin the ice treatments an injury can be diminished up to 90%!!!!! I’ve never forgotten this and I’ve used this advice with amazing success in reducing the injury and speeding up the healing! I now also advise my clients to use Proteolytic Enzymes, like Intenzyme Forte Or Marcozyme which further speeds healing because it moves out the damaged debris of the injury! Thanks for posting this because it’s SO IMPORTANT for people to know! Blessings for such great advice and instructions!
