our whole been doing this for 2 years. 10 yr old loves it. 2 degrees 3mins each. Buy a sauna and do that first. Its the shock protein that releases oxytocin and dopine for 3 hrs after. To enhace benefits train straight after. Sauna, ice bath train. Alot of mma fighters and elite athletes do it that order now. Pro tip: buy a chest freezer fill full of water
To take feeling good to a whole new level. Cut sugar conpletely out. Dont eat until 12pm. Wake up and have a glass of fresh water(not tap water) in a hydrogen bottle. Add lemon juice teaspioon of olive oil, catan pepper, natural honey. Black coffee with honey afterwards. Lunch grass fed steak 4 eggs. 3pm organic fruit and nuts 6pm Steak onion eggs asapagus. 3 litres of water per day with sprinkle of celtic salt. At the end of the month do a 5 day water only fast. ICE BOXING. 👍..> Even if you have clinical depression the best thing you can do for yourself is to eat a whole food vegan plant based diet based on starch! meaning rice potatoes lentils beans lagoons and corn in other words the good healthy cooked foods as well usually just for dinner most of the day I'll do raw especially in the morning with a little water and a fruit smoothie always do a vegetable juicing for lunch with a good salad maybe some tofu if you always need that much food in you. Always make sure you've got enough B-12 however you like to take it or the best way your body can absorb it but with this ice boxing I hear it's very good and addicting so this might be the beginning of something you'll always want to do and looks like a good thing to me. PS: I hope to come to Australia soon.
I wouldn't dare. But I can suggest a slow swim in a regular (warm) pool. 30- 40 mins. Break after each 100m to reset form. Make a time on the clock to suit yourself, and stick to it. (i.e. start a new 100m every 2-3 minutes etc. I am still a headcase, but it helps. Oh PS...count your breaths. Just counting each lap out will help you steady your mind and stop you thrashing about as tiredness sets in. The first 25 m of a 100m will require fewer breaths.
So good that you’re doing something to help yourself. Have your vitamin D checked. I know when I’m deficient I feel how you describe. Not sure if this applies to you but maybe something to check. You know what reduced stress anxiety etc. Balanced life. Eat protein, gym most days. More control of your own business in regards to where the money is exactly at. Don’t over spend on stupid shit. Cut back on “lifestyle” when the best things in life are free. Start with the basics. Then you will realise how anxious head space issues disappear. Simple’s Why people over complicate this shit
Danny you had mentioned I believe Meatball is a senior dog?. Anyways I wanted to tell you something that I regret not doing and that was to call the veterinarian that comes to your house to put your dog to sleep when that time comes. If you can always make sure your dog has a sedative before they put that catheter needle my dog screamed so bad I felt so bad and freaked out in the veterinarian's office they had to clear it out because of me. It's been 9 days now without him he's all I had family wise and I'm so lost with him. It was always just me and him for almost seventeen years. These last four months have been the darkest times of my life.
Might I suggest you have an ice bath without the clock or any other timing piece nearby. Clock watching per se increases stress and nervous tension when you should be relaxed and calm which you will find easier without challenging the clock. Likewise the temperature gauge, what the hell does it matter if it is 9, 10, or 11 degrees. Every time you set a parameter for any function in life you induce stress, bearable for most people that have to do it but highly problematic for those that don't or suffer stress related or induced illnesses something I myself suffered from temporarily in my earlier life. (Age 70 BTW.)
It really hits you when you turn 50.. All the what ifs etc. Questioning yourself and having self doubt. Good thing with ageing is you generally can deal with the majority of it.... If you can see it through it's all a learning process...

You could do all that stuff and still have the same problem but I’m telling you if you put Jesus in your life and assess him as your savior he will take all that stuff away from you and you will have peace and joy and your life. Don’t mean that you will have problems that you will but he will give you that peace and joy.

I like that you share your struggles and pain with us and that you give practical examples that everyone can use to overcome those challenges. A bucket and some bags of ice can make a difference! Better than giving up.
Do you take TRT Danny? If you don't you should go get a complete/full blood test and address the little things, TRT if you're not already on it can be a complete life changer, In other country's they start offering it to people as a first option compared to SRIS/ANTIPSYCH/ANTIDEPRESSENTS ETC, It's not always the answer but when it is, It'll change almost everything

Id ditch those big glasses with plastic frames dont do anything for you , I think you should hardly be able to see your wearing glasses, ie a wire frame and lenses
