This one was on the island of Koh Phi Phi. Shortly after we got back to the US this video and others started getting shared on social media and this style of ice cream making blew up! I think the hype is settling now but it was so popular for a while! lol

It’s been over ten years since I was last there so it might not have existed. Those spatula skills though!
