Ice Pan handmade ice cream in Las Vegas. She makes the ice cream from scratch right in front of you! And its really good :)
EDIT: Because this is apparently being talked about a lot in the comments - go to 4:16. I (the one taking the video) clearly and audibly thanked her when she handed me mine. The one at the end of the video was not for me, and therefore I said nothing. I cannot speak for my grandmother who was the second recipient (and whom is now deceased).
I work in service. I understand manners. I rarely get a thank you from my customers and I do not consider that to be rude. We chatted with the girl before the video and then to each other while filming it.
