Ice fishing is an exciting and rewarding type of fishing which involves drilling multiple holes through the ice and dropping a number of lines down. In this video we go ice fishing for big pike and manage to catch loads of fish! Big thanks to Tobias: / tobiasekvalls

Been ice fishing for pikes all my lofe. First time seeing such a high tech setup. I just take a stick, tie the line ij the middle, weight, metal leash and hook. We use live bait. I stick the stick vertically some way from the hole, and if i get a bite it falls down and gets dragged by the pike til its over the hole. Pull with the hands.

Finally a new vid! I know what it’s like guys, when the cold weather comes in fishing can be HARD!!! Great vid though! I have a sick pike fishing lake up near me in North Yorkshire and it’s totally free to fish and it’s filled with jacks! There is loads of big ones up to 35lb my biggest out of the lake was 8lb! I hope I’m gonna catch a nice big one over winter!!!!!
