I've had smack down days like this and some of the most fun I've ever had fishing, my jumbo weapon is a big fat jgiving rap. personally we don't keep anything over 12" but that is our choice and I respect your right if you choose too but we like to keep trophies on our phones and eat the 11's
wow dude that is some good stuff, slab grabber always solid. Happy to learn how to fish these cranks with rattles, i use them too but always seems to scare perch off right away, i dont know if its the sound or motion.
What equipment do u need to go ice fishing???? Got my fishing license recently and wanna learn more about fishing and wanna go fishing more, obviously it’s summer but for the further when it’s winter
In my part of Michigan, I've been fishing for 17 years and the amount of perch I've caught over 11 inches I can count on two hands. Meanwhile those are small compared to what you guys catch left and right lol
There are a few bodies of water that hold perch like this, but not everywhere. Lake simcoe and lake erie are known for perch. Only problem is these large perch are 99% females.
No there not wormy there at all. There clean fish. Just not as big. As the ones these guys took out of the lake and kept from spawning. Couch is a good lake. We need to keep practicing conservation. All of us. These tanks won’t be around long if out of towners keep taking them out of the lake.
@@Kenzie1387 oh yeah since I commented that Ive fished the lake plenty, (no worms in my experience). Just a few days ago I got about a dozen 9-11 inchers, and 9 12 inchers. Very comparable to simcoe when it comes to perch
Bob waltz I'm from north Dakota fish devils lake a lot and I've been watching a lot of simcoe videos they definitely have just as nice jumbos as devil's lake both great perch fisheries if you ask me bud
Thanks for saying this. I couldn’t agree more. Some guys are just taught different. We as local anglers understand the size and keeping fish. These are not eaters.
Almost subscribed til I noticed that you weren't killing the fish but leaving them to suffer.. plus they only like 13" lol when you catch a 18"+ then you can label your video as monsters and giants lol defs some big fish but not monsters
