Iceland Camp 2018: Escapes with Carlos Machado 

I have been training since 1997. If you are learning bjj now you are in bjj learning heaven. These concepts were never taught in from any of my many instructors.

There is a whole game that happens in side control and people never play it because they are so desperate to get out of it. Step one to dealing with side control, get comfortable in side control lol. Mostly we are just torturing ourselves lol.

#1 problem with escape is, your trying to escape, be comfortable
