some rando on TikTok posted that there is a perpetual shower in Iceland with no way to turn on / off that is always hot and in the middle of nowhere, and I had to see more of it so I searched YT and found y'all's blog. Thanks for the demo 👍

Actually, we enjoyed the change in colors at the Námafjall Geothermal Area... 👍 and the pit stop at the Goðafoss waterfall! 👍 Cmon'... there is nothing wrong with a diet of fajitas, pb&j sandwiches and cheerios! Plus, you're traveling by van in a foreign land... it's called ROUGHING IT! 😂 I agree with your observation on how many of the spots are built up to accommodate the tourist crowed... paved roads, railings, stairs, etc... that is a -1! Watching stirs that adventurous spirit! Andrea tells me that I need no additional encouragement! 😂 So, just between us west coast surfers... GREAT JOB!

@@MathersOnTheMap ok we are looking to go end of march ish. Looks like there is a long drive from the north iceland to the snellfelsnes peninsula. Like five hours i guess a lot of people do it. Did you stop anywhere?

Saturday drops are amazing. How can we convince you to do a Tuesday and Saturday forever? Also, does it ever get dark in Iceland? That’s so weird lol.

Haha it does in the winter but not so much in the summer! It’s very weird! Do you prefer Saturday over Sunday???

@@MathersOnTheMap Actually I voted for Saturday on the reel, but Sunday is a nice lazy day and kids sleep late so it’s easier to watch. Can’t wait for the Ireland trip. That’s my top bucket list item I hope I can someday get to.

Taylor is a team player for stepping up for the freezing shower. A public naked shower sounds like fun 😅. I may have to hit the gym for a while to keep from being evicted 🤣. Iceland is on the bucket list. Definitely a thumbs up 👍

Nice video. I am sorry my hometown of Akureyri had such bad weather but we have a local saying that the weather is always good in Akureyri except when visitors come :)

It’s so amazing! I have been watching you guys for a while and I was in Iceland three weeks ago!! It was an amazing experience for me! Very similar experience with you guys (but we stayed in hotels 🙈🤣)
