Codeine is basically the weakest of the opiates, oxy is similar in potency to dope and is more than 10 times stronger than codeine. Where it gets weird with lean is the prometh. That’s an antihistamine like Benadryl or other allergy drugs; you are not meant to be taking that shit in giant doses and it takes a toll on your system in all sorts of ways. The codeine is actually the safer part tbh.
