Hey Mav, just wanted to say a massive thank you for cooking my recipe! I was actually going through a pretty bad depression, and watching your old videos to try and cheer myself up when I submitted it. I had a lot of bad things going on in my head, but for some reason I was like I'd be so happy if Mav cooked one of my recipes! Fast forward a few weeks, and I got a shocked when I heard you mention my name! Doing a lot better these days and this video really brightened up my day! Still not out of the woods yet, but just gotta 'keep on truckin'! Hope you enjoyed the leftovers, and thanks for the great content as always! PS. I'll post the recipe under this for anyone interested

Ingredients (Serves 4) 2 Chicken Breast Diced 140g Chorizo 2 Small Onions 2 Garlic Cloves 1 Courgette 1 Pack Tenderstem Brocollo 1 Pack Asparagus 200g Frozen Peas 1 Red Pepper 1 Tin Sweetcorn Fresh Parsley Chopped 850ml Chicken Stock 300g Risotto 1 tbsp Paprika 1.5 tsp Turmeric Method Heat olive oil in a pan, cook the chicken till browned all over, don't cook completely, then transfer to a plate Reduce the heat to low, cook the onions for 10mins until softened, add the garlic for 1min Add the chorizo and fry until it releases its oils Stir in the spices Stir in the rice for 2mins until coated in the spices and chorizo oil Pour in your stock, can be done gradually or in one go, both work Bring to the boil, add the chicken and veg to the pot and simmer for 20mins stirring occasionally Add the peas to the pan and simmer for 5mins until the rice is cooked Season to taste and mix in parsley to serve

If you ever get Steve's generator started. You need to check the voltage output. Japan uses 100v at 50 to 60hz. Depending what area of Japan dictates the cycle rate. So you may need to replace the generator and wire in some U.S. 15A outlets to get the 120v 60hz you need. Japanese electrical outlets look similar to American but they are not designed to take a 3 prong plug.

@@johnh7455 At least we speak English. We have a plethora of opportunities for entertainment. You can enjoy the outdoors, partake of the nightlife, shop for goods from the local talented artisans or just relax at one of the stately old hotels or newer chains that offer aquatic adventures for the youngsters. I’m sure the UP is beautiful. I have heard wonderful things about it. The difference is that people from Duluth would never imply that we are better. That is plain rude! There are many wonderful, breathtaking areas to visit in the USA. Don’t limit yourself to your own backyard.

But we just picked up this trailer a couple weeks ago and are going to fix it up and bring it along. I've got a Hyundai Tucson and my brother is traveling out of an F-150. If yall are out west check out northern AZ and the white tanks. We have great hiking trails. Also Oak flats in superior and jones water in globe AZ. No fees and 14 day stays.

Hey Mav! Just wanted to give you a little tip about pushing stuff off of your cutting board without dulling the knife, I personally use the other side ( dull side ) of the knife so you don’t need to sharpen them as frequently! Keep up the great work!!

New sweatshirts are so 🔥 from Phoenix but definitely gonna cop. Looking to get back into fly fishing, been years since going with my gpa on st joe river in Idaho . Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Lost both my mom and my dad in 2 years to drug use and ur videos really help me, and inspire me to get outside where they would want me to be. tip for cutting bell peppers to not have to get the seeds everywhere: push the top stem part in with your thumbs and then rip the bell pepper open and it will split perfectly in half and you can easily throw the stem and seeds away and then cut the pepper as needed
