The clip didnt set context completely, uruha just woke up a few minutes before this started. She was busy preparing to start her stream while also preparing for a raid in-game. I guess missing this out added the comedic effect.

If you watched Kinako's stream she had been in the game for about 2 hours before this. She just didn't stream yet. Probably just still sleepy or something 😂

@@ShiroiRika ohh, so it is either she took a short nap before this clip, or so it takes too long for her to warm up, or she was attending a meeting(iirc, VSPO had a King of uruha stream around that time)
