We have the Galaxy Car seat which we brought from yourselves how ever our little one is growing and is currently weighing in at 9kg So he is looking a little squished in the Car seat In your video you say you remove the padding as baby grows. I have removed it but it feels really firm Perhaps you guys could show me what exactly to remove.

Hi! If you have an Ickle Bubba V3, the seat unit fabric should have a zip for your hood. If yours doesnt, I would reccomend getting in touch with where you purchased it from. When switching to the stroller, how do you clip the straps underneath? Ours just has metal squares either side and they do not clip, we've had to tie them together!?!
Bought this for my daughters baby unfortunately the baby can't sit comfortably in it as his head is falling on to his knees it's far to upright any help with this as it's totally unusable as is x

newborn babies are meant to be pushed in the carrycot as it's flat, don't use the carseat on the pushchair until they are old enough. Only use the carseat for the car or taking into the house.
I know that, that`s why I stopped using car seat as a pushchair and that was the reason why I questioned it, but it would have been good if I could take my son out of the car in his car seat put on frame and pop into a shop for 5 minutes just buy a loaf of bread. I didn`t want to take him in a car seat for a 2 hours walk. By the way, this is the same problem with isofix system. I had to use seat belt to secure him in the first few months.
Yes! This video shows it different to the instructions, I thought you left the clips on the car seat and used the memory buttons to unclip it from the pram but when I do that the pram lifts as im trying to life the cat seat
@@amnaijaz1130 hey!! i figured it out abit late as my baby is grown out of it. it actually comes in the box its the way u wrap it around it looks big cus i thought it was for the front carrycot. but its actually for the car seat. hope it helps x

Ickle bubba sold me an unsafe pram and put my child health and wellbeing in danger they have refused to compensate me and instead have sent me a replacement death trap an expect me to put my child in it. Completely unprofessional and extremely disappointing. After explaining this to them the have since refused to contact me back instead ignoring my last message. I never ever would have expected this from a baby brand completely dumbfounded.
how is it 'unsafe'? i have seen either you or someone else post an identical message on other youtube videos. You have never once said how it is unsafe, so of course ickle bubba can't help you.
@@aurora6920 I have explained extensively to ickle bubba themselves but if you must know when my son was three months old I took him out in his pram while walking the entire handle snapped off in my hand making the entire pram structurally unsafe the frame began to fall apart and the seat I've not to mention I was about 30 mins from my home and had to attempt to walk with my three month old carrying him and trying to drag/pull a pram that was falling apart. I took photos the company even had a company come collect the pram so they could "look into it" I've never heard from the company again. If you want anymore info just ask ! Ohh also there sales assistant supposed to be helping thought it appropriate to dm my husband on Instagram 🤣
The car seat is not safe at all my baby fell forward with her head almost touching her toes. The seat belt cannot be adjusted to her size she is two months now need to buy a new one. Do not buy!
Are you using the ISOFIX base with it? My baby is a month old and he fits fine in it. He’s currently 10lbs ☺️ Also, the seat belt can be adjusted. There’s a little hole in the fabric where their feet are, and you pull the little lever in there and pull the belt and it’ll come looser. Then you can use the leftover belt (in between their feet also) to tighten.
