Can we please talk about the MNET translations 😆😆 it cracks me up Kirsten said “that ass fat” and MNET translated that as “she’s acting tough” it cracks Me up still
I believe its to somewhat censor the words she uses, because they're trying to be as kid friendly as possible. Only real English speakers would understand what she really said lol. It happens a couple of times in the show I think.
@@zko150then they could’ve translated it to “she looking good” or sum but they completely switched the translation to the point where it became a backhanded comment. “Ass fat” and “act tough” are two very different sentences. There’s other lines I saw that they translated into meaner comments but I can’t remember but it’s definetly intentional for the drama
Yoonji from MQ is literally so hilarious - her just trying to make fun of Bada with her choreo / moves in the beginning and trying to one-up Kirsten - MADE MY DAY
@@ferarenas878 Techincall yes, Lia came up with the choreo, Tina taught the class, and Mina is(?) Tina's friend so I guess she was standing up for her because her name wasn't mentioned in the choreo team because - according to Mina - Tina also helped coming up with the choreo a claim that Lia refuted, another thing is people noticed that Tina's name was added after the ep aired as assistant choreographer (no recipts tho I haven't seen the "before" screenshot so I'm not sure). According to both of them, from the show their beef had to do with money issues. Side note: Mnet LOVES creating unnecessary drama, rigging, playing dirty so take everything that happen in their show with a grain of salt
Kristen is just an amazing dancer and person. I don't know how she gets her body to all of those things lol. I have been watching her for years with the Royal Family.
yumeri is so proud to see audrey doing battle, i remember they're part of ImmaBeast before along with sean lew, kaycee, bailey sok and rikimaru (yumeri brother) and other famous dancer/choreographer now
Guys just know that the korean dancers are just acting and they aren't that shady in reality. Mnet producers probably told them to act wild for the sake of screentime and drama since this is a show afterall.
I never know if they're serious or not in this type of show, it's stressing me out haha Also Audrey is amazing, she came out strooong, I doubt anyone in the room can move like that!
the amount of cringe younji gave me when she started talking like that to kirsten oml I CAAAAANT. i mentally prepared myself for it when she first said "girl" but i was still not prepared enough for the rest of that talk. will i ever recover? i doubt it.
Sorry to say this but my favorite teams are JR, MQ, and 1M. I also think people underestimate waackers very much(sad to say mostly JR fans). Personally, I think the team with the best waackers(all swf and smf) is MQ. + Y'all gotta respect people doing 8 counts for beat and also able to show musicality by doing tricks other than "just spinning their arms the whole song".
MQ's issue is similar to some of the other teams, only Waxxxy/Yoonji, Cera consistently shine in their performances and battles. The others like Bucky and Redlic they keep showing for drama purposes but their dancing skills don't match in the performances that are shown.
I agree but I'm gonna add a personal addition/opinion, bc I feel like they're getting overshadowed a bit by the tea, editing and drama a tad, LB has been pulling off some good performances themselves. Their evaluations and performances have been perfect imo with giving off the energy, choreography and delivery but god damn this season is so freaking amazing
But the thing to me is, to be a talented dancer on a show such as SWF you need to be capable of doing more than 1 type of dance or genre well. If you keep pulling out the same moves or tricks it's going to become repetitive which makes things less interesting or has people view you thinking you aren't capable of much else. At least with other crews or members of other crews they might be the best at one type of style but are able to do multiple well & can use those abilities depending on the opportunity or opponent. The drama is just an additive to make the show more interesting which I wouldn't be surprised if a good handful of it is edited to look in such a way (it's what mnet is known for)
I'm from Turkey and been in usa before(when I was 9). but I always had a prejudice of Americans to be rude. Seeing jam republic being so polite really changed my mind.
Most Americans aren’t as rude as we’re made to seem just the rude ones get the most attention. Also some people from other countries get mistaken for Americans when behaving rudely which furthers the stereotypes against us. We have a lot of rude people and a lot of polite people, just like any other country
@@shannarafryer3111 maybe it also might be because of being loud 🤔 As I see American people laugh so loud and scream a lot and it’s rude to be so loud in rest of the world.
