This is old? Because these two fuckers started a podcast and got into it again they split up and started doing shows by themselves. Now when they are together they still seem uncomftreble around each other
Props to the two INTERVIEWERS! I really enjoyed way more the classy questions and translations than the answers themselves, with all due respect to both fighters.
@@levonteking5040 Because of the CLASSY, ACUTE questions, translations and SERIOUS TONE set by the INTERVIEWERS, even though that was constantly interrupted with "jokes" by the interviewed who definitely did not understand the TONE AND MOOD of the interview... If they both were in synch with it, it would have been EVEN WAY BETTER.
@@lilpenny1982 not anymore bro, that was years ago. Crazy thing is they had Morales, Barrera AND Márquez together at tv azteca, of course sht didn't work lol Morales always starting sht.
@@Drendcolez I also have a feeling that Barrera and JMM don't get along. In fact, Barrera said that he gets along better with Pac than he does with JMM. And JMM and Barrera are both Mexican.
The translator was great. Word by word he translated. Awesome interview. Great questions and what an honor 2 legends of the best ever trilogies of all time boxing history. Beautiful 3 fights one on one all 12 rounds non stop fighting forward

Yeah.. I was reading the English CC and the words said that the Dr told him he (Barrera) will be responsible and was trying to ensure that it was interpreted correctly, then Osuna translated PERFECT.
A lot of people don’t give them the respect they deserve but they are up there & right around JCC & Salvador Sanchez & Ricardo Lopez much respect they have their own podcast in Spanish
Wow what an episode.
I would have loved to see this same interview to ARTURO GATTI & MICKY WARD as well as to CASTILLO & CORRALES; for me, the 2 BEST RILVALRIES in the modern era in terms of HOW SPECTACULAR, GLADIATORIAL AND EPIC THOSE FIGHTS WERE!!!
@@Jessica-cw1dn Respectable opinion of YOURS. I just want to share a memorable quote BY GATTI that sums it up on a perfect line you can check: “I used to wonder what it would feel like to fight my twin. Now I know.” - Arturo Gatti speaking on Micky Ward. What great line to describe probably the ...
@@MrWeliz I have to check that one, I've heard it's a good one. As a trilogy (just in my opinion and certainly for many too) Gatti-Ward was something EXTRAORDINARY and considering the whole trilogy took place in only 13 months... even more! The LEAST IMPORTANT was the result itself (actually many people don't even remember). BOTH FIGHTERS WERE ELEVATED AFTER susch a memorable trilogy.
GREAT INTERVIEW. WE FINALLY GET AN INTERVIEW OF BOTH LEGENDS IN ENGLISH SUB . USUALLY I CANT UNDERSTAND THEM CAUSE MOST VIDEOS OF THEM ARE IN SPANISH LANGUAGE.
The difference between legends like these two great warriors and most champions today is they wanted to give fans the best possible fights instead of just winning the fights. If they didn't fight with their whole soul they felt they'd let the public down. Most guys today don't care about giving fans excitement, they just want to pick certain opponents and coast to victory which is fine. Just don't expect your name to be remembered in the years to come like Marco and Erik's will be.
Wow this is amazing! You have no idea how much I appreciate all of these interviews. All of these interviews brought up so many memories of me watching these fights at mom’s house as a kid! These fighters were my idols!
I heard the Barrera head surgery story and there was a bad translation, the surgeon said “you can continue fighting, I’ll sign as a responsible party” not that Barrera “was responsabilidad”. On “Un Round Más” podcast Barrera said that if the “doctor was responsible” he was happy to continue boxing because it showed the doctors level of confidence on his work. The doctor was by ring side in his fights the rest of his career.
Thank you guys for all you put on the line what great fights. I always was a Marco Antonio Barrera fan however Eric was as fierce as Marco . Boxing legends foever
That’s the cool thing about growing up in the LA Area at the great western forum is seeing a young Barrera both on Univision and later in person. I never imagined that these guys would help bring out the lower weight classes to the main scene of boxing
Me gustaría que también hicieran una entrevista así a Juan Manuel Márquez y many Pacquiao; yo creo que sería una muy buena entrevista así cómo está pero ojalá en un futuro podremos ver una entrevista Márquez va Pacquiao,
Haha i love that marco had to sneak in that diss when he told his version of the story of how they became friends 😂 thats a true friendship but they still have that competitive spirit.

There’s still some animosity between the two, at one point a few weeks after their podcast started they split up, no longer did podcast together and would interview people separately. They have reconciled since but still they have different personalities that tend to clash, they just keep it respectful now.
I don't blame Frazier for holding a grudge, because the type of things Cassius Clay said you don't just forget about. I am glad that El Terrible and Barrera managed to work things out though.
Un 10 a Berny Osuna! Tradujo palabra por palabra lo que se dijo y hasta el moreno se lo reconoció… no como el traductor del canelo o de el Isaac Cruz que valen pa pura veegg
For those who don't know, Morales and Barrera also have an amazing boxing podcast together doing interviews and breaking down boxing news called Un Round Mas! ru-vid.com
el gringo deberia aprender español, es mas facil entenderle asi a los peleadores latinos, si le falta prepararse mas la verdad como conductor le sacaria mucho mas provecho a su carrera el mismo entrevistandolos
MAN, I don't know if Inoue can beat these two and I freakin love inoue theres just no fighters like these two anymore Bam is the closes but he's not as savage as these 2
