True they won. But the ump fucked the Yankees in the batter before him. He called three balls that were legit strikes all of which would've ended the inning. The umpires are becoming absolute jokes. At least Angel Hernandez isn't umpiring anymore.
man, as a lifelong Dodger fan, I just love this matchup. brings back memories of great days long ago. just a storied rivalry and the fans showing up and showing out is what baseball is all about. love to see this matchup in the WS.
Thanks for posting this! OMG, the crowd was so loud that I thought we were at Dodger Stadium! What a moment that LA really needed to secure this series! 🤩 GO DODGERS!I I have been a Dodgers fan for 61 years and moments like this for LA NEVER get old!
@@randallmarsh1187 GREAT to see the VERY strong fan base when the Dodgers are on the road. Too bad they could not sweep NY tonight but at least they won the series. Now, back to home after playing 12 or their last 15 games on the road.
Seriously tho! Die hard dodger fan here but i fuckin love when we play together. The old school rival vibe between us is something no other MLB can compare to. Were the 2 most iconic teams in MLB fuck the rest😂
Teoscar is now third in the NL with 47 RBI. He was born four years to the day after Gibson's home run in the 1988 World Series. His grand slam was the first Dodger grand slam against the Yankees ever.
I looked up his age (born in '92), recognized the date of October 15th and searched to make sure that was the date of Gibson's home run. The part about the Grand Slam was from an ESPN2 video on another channel. The title is Teoscar Hernandez's huge night powers Dodger over Yankees. On a post game show Kevin Burkhardt said he's third in the Majors in RBI. But I looked at leaders on ESPN and he's third in the NL and tied for sixth in MLB. On another note (and this is going from something I heard or read a long time ago) Jim Palmer never gave up a grand slam during the regular season. But he gave up one to Johnny Bench in a spring training game.
Yankees never disappoints, for the haters that is. No matter how much money they spend, they cant seem to win the big ones. Dodgers on the other hand, are almost there. They are another super team who spend stupid amounts of money and still lose. MLB needs a salary cap or something. Its ridiculous.
Great match up series.. life long Yankees fan.. all games between these 2 clubs will be good... but...come WS time..if they meet up.. Yankees will win this year WS vs Dodgers.. mark it down..4 games to 2. Yankees Win Series
