I don't mind plastic surgery for fixing parts that the person doesn't like. but changing the whole face... it makes me sad that there are people who dislike their appearance this much and the fact there is show to totally agree with their insecurities.

jo dallas i agree why do they like to play with people's face, her chin was the only problem, they changed her nose and i think they also added a forehead implant it's not her anymore, it's just a "copy of the perfect doll" image they have, there is nothing special about her anymore :(

You do realize that plastic surgery need a long ass time to FULLY recover right? All of the "unveiling" clips are taken before the process has fully healed, which is why they all look bloated

Having small lips is what they were trying for. If you notice they actually used nude makeup to make her lips appear smaller the emphasis is on the eyes large eyes, small cute nose, and minimal lips because having a more doll like innocent appearance is what is in fashion in Asia

+ang el That seems to happen when they reduce the jaw. I've watched a LOT of these and the lips always seem to become smaller. If they have really full lips, then they have some left after. But if their lips are small to begin with... no more lips.

It's only your point of view. But the girl herself does not feel happy, it doesn't matter if anyone thinks she looks beautiful, but if she doesn't feel beautiful then she cannot be really beautiful. Anyways, plastic surgery is not the only solution but let them be. I call it 'correction', her jaw was really protruding.

Ylai Jah oh, my second comment wasn't posted. maybe i forgot to click post. now i feel like a bad person. lol. on my comment that wasn't sent i was about to said what you're going to say. yes. most of people don't know why she wants to change her look. we don't know her past. i understand her feeling because i have a skin condition too, which when i got a cut or wound my skin doesn't heal completely (left dark marks) which makes my skin looks like leopard. when people look at my skin they have a lot of assumption and asking if i don't do anything about my skin while actually i've spent a lot of money to heal the dark marks completely. they don't know what i've been through. but the point of xXScarzXx comment is she doesn't have to change her whole face because yes it looks so obvious that she's having PS. but yeah, like i said, the doctor knows best.

Her nose was quite prominent, so technically, it was not a bad-looking nose. The surgery actually drew attention to the nose being "fixed". The jaw surgery is probably the only one which helps her in real life to fix real problems such as her underbite.

MNGMakeup She's from Thailand. And in the full show (you can search for it on youtube), she states that people tend to mistake her for a transgender (since it's Thailand). I can understand that a girl might not like being called a man. I don't think we should look down on girls who get upset when it is pointed out that their facial features resemble a man's. I see them walking around and refer to them as "adult toddlers" - grown adults that speak in a high pitched voice, act dumber than they actually are and wearing clothes with hello kitty all over them. +Maggy Frog well fixing her teeth would fix her chin in the process. her chin stuck out because of her jaw problem. so when they fix her jaw it would fix her chin. that actually is a health problem and it makes it hard to chew and talk normally so I can understand fixing this. but I totally agree with you. I loved her real nose. I think she was so pretty before the surgery. this is honesty mind boggling. surgery wasn't invented to make people unrecognizable.

they shld just do the jaw and she would look natural like she did during kid. but the doctor are not skillfull at all, he made her look like a doll. why need to touch up her nose? her nose was perfect!

I think there was nothing wrong with her chin, only the teeth and than can be easily fixed by wearing braces!

+Misha Johanna She had a malocclusion which is where her bite and jaw was deformed and need orthodontics or jaw surgery to fix it. It is a health problem.

I have to say the results are amazing. A surgery that intense is probably very painful and it prob ably took a long time to heal. She looks great regardless.

Really don't understand what beauty is to them. She was pretty BEFORE!! Definitely something like a different hairstyle and a little makeup can't fixed, wait till the braces do their magic and she would have been uniquely beautiful. Not some pop artist look alike😩

+Cindy Kang First when I saw her when she's walking towsards the judges first thought that came to my mind was "what a cute girl "..I don't know why people thought was ugly .. The problem was with her teeth and little bit of her jaw and nothing more than that...After the surgery fortunately doctors has corrected that but also but her face looks spookier and also had lost that cute look and has more adult old look. I don't if it's a result of surgery or excess use of makeup. Also she has a very sweet voice and I don't know why some people, her abuses only concentrate on bad side of a person after all everyone isn't perfect.

i really dreaming to had that kind of that beautiful face, cause her face issue is same like mine. i had long face crooked teeth & a big forehead. i really dream someday to had that kind of face reconstruction/face feminization to be able to complete & had my 100% self confidence and stand proud to myself without doubt & frustrations. I hope ID Korea will feature some of Pinoy citizens who luckily to have that kind of procedure soon ❤️
