A society unwilling to convict a criminal beyond a reasonable doubt is far more civilized than a society which imprisons the innocent despite clear reasonable doubt. It's not real DNA, this is 1 cell of touch transfer DNA, your DNA is all over your community. This DNA won't be used in court it is not strong enough.
