About that, would the family members be the ones who pull the trigger, or will the identities forever be concealed or would it be done with a robotic arm. Just wondering
I don't know. I feel that no one has the right to take a human's life (except in physical self-defense), least of all the government. Life in prison with zero chance of parole is a much more effective punishment. How can it be wrong for a person to murder someone and right for the state to murder (or kill) someone?
If you’re generally against Capital Punishment as you indicated, then that’s an entirely different discussion. The issue here is whether it should be applied specifically in this case-with a finder of fact being totally unbiased on Capital Punishment, in general.
Let's have some level headed people saying okay, let the defence do their job and prosecution do theirs, but the prosecution had already arrested and charged BK we with murder so the burden of proving beyond reasonable doubt that BK is the killer rests on prosecution shoulders, they have to explain why and how they arrived at that conclusion of BK being the perpetrator. Defence has to challenge all these oddities surrounding the investigation of their client, which Ann Taylor is doing!! Let's see who wins this battle.
It’s ain’t a war, we are looking for justice & peace in our homes at night so they need to keep murders off the streets. Nobody cares about your entertainment of watching both defense & DA do normal things like this so you can determine who won the petty battle. How about you care about justice. Are your own safety. By all mean bail BK out & move him in with your family & tell us how that battle would go. Y’all like to defend him but wouldn’t let him get two steps close to your home but want him freed as if his DNA wasn’t at the scene UNDER A VICTIM. But continue please, some of y’all can’t be saved.
The prosecution does not have to prove motive. They only have to prove that he did it. Juries, like to have motive, but it’s not required. Sometimes people do things for reasons that nobody could ever wrap their head around anyway.
@@goated3285t absolutely will be a battle, nothing said was rude or disrespectful.. I can’t say the same for you, who will never be a juror. Good to hear Ruth’s point of view, which is what comments are all about. Not for smart arses.
What a lie, Chris found that glove On Thanksgiving which would’ve been November 24 and the officers found the glove that they found on November 20th so I don’t know why he’s on panel saying it’s the same glove. Make this make sense
Please look at the BIG COMMENT above. I was going to send it to you last week so you can see what we have found with research. There is lies, coverup and corruption going on with Moscow PD and Prosecution. If they had the right guy, the town would not be so scared. They are scared to talk and Rory got kicked out of Corner Club Friday night for saying Bryan Kohberger in the outside patio while on a live about the Delphi case.
I think Bryan is hiding a lot. I think there may be other murders. He seems to always have a smirk on his face. I think he’s enjoying all this attention! What a monster!
I think its more like hes trying to smile to the best of his ability trying to act like everythings cool and all this isnt really happening kinda thing.
What a judgemetal individual, guilty by rumors and public opinion, disgusting!😢 "Innocent Until Proven Guilty" is the law, not public opinion! Has no room in justice, how convient they found a glove out of nowhere, how odd is that?
I doubt KB walked in there & told everyone to halt until he whipped his weapon out of the knife sheath 😮And good luck explaining how he must’ve been fighting both K & M at the same time bc the sheath was found half under M & half under the blanket=you know, the same sheath that the first officer on scene didn’t even notice?! And please do tell me how the dd food sack was sitting nice & neat on the kitchen counter bc it doesn’t go w the Timeline their selling! Let’s ask the prosecution in the Murdaugh case why they ‘overlooked’ the dna under Maggie’s fingernails, bc it’s only relevant when you have no other kind of damning dna>like victims blood or dna in his car or apt?!
At times criminals just don't care don't have any emotions but then it is what ever is given death penalty or not just as that father that shot his little boys to death he didn't care didn't have any emotions and sure wasn't mental issues
I am not even convinced he did it. There is so much uncertainty and confusion surrounding this case. The death penalty shouldn’t be on any table unless the evidence is overwhelming like with the Darrel Brooks case
@faceykad8443I am all for conspiracies and I’m open to hearing what makes him look innocent, bc I don’t see it. The touch DNA on the knife sheath, the cell phone data putting him in and around the scene, the phone being off, the matching car, sifting through trash, the alleged social media contact between Bryan and the victims…what are the chances ALL of that is a coincidence? Or that it’s ALL lies? Again, I’m not being snarky, if there’s an innocent man’s life at risk, I want to know the facts- I just don’t see it
Why not use him, one way no return to mars, we need first settlers in mars, he could die there, the hardest part is to get back to earth, the English did it with Australia, that turned out great
Yet no DNA from the victims anywhere else and what about the original make and model that weren't his? And what about the 3other male DNA found on or around the victims? They're not identified. Too many holes. They rapidly charged someone... anyone to keep UI from losing more students and create an environment of safety instead of actually investigating properly and THOROUGHLY.
The sheath only shows he held it at some point not put him at the crime scene. His car is a newer model than the car in the CCTV, They used a ping in the time line form his phone that put him in Washington on CCTV buying items or a drink I can't remember, but he wasn't in Moscow but pinged off their tower 🤔. They found DNA of two other people in both rooms why wasn't that given to the defense? The roommate of an ex Marine was held hostage and the marine confessed to killing "college kids". When the defense mentioned Codefendants they mean anyone that they suspected and why any evidence relating to them 'codefendants'
He was not in the state, and a specialist will and is going to prove he was never there? So when he proves 8t, case over! Good luck, peeps. If he was not there, how does the sheath fit in again?
Im sorry but I can't take Chris Mcdonough seriously. I've watched him accuse an innocent man and tell the world he was "without a doubt Brian Laundrie!" He had a MOB of people attacking the guy and it wasnt even the right person. He NEVER apologized and when people (like myself) called out the fact he was wrong and needed to right his wrong, he STRUCK our videos in the attampt to silence us! All bc HE was wrong. I also watched him threaten Benny Keyz (I don't care for him but still) and that was wrong. He's a questionable character imo and quite a few other people feel the same. Also about this "glove" people need to remember this is a party house and many other people were around that home. Especially after the murders. The glove could be anyones! They are using this as a defense bc... of course they are. 😒
The Latex glove was found next to trash cans beside the yellow taped off area next to the road. No Blood on it, DNA on inside, because it had been worn! But, Chris couldn’t resist, and made a big deal out of it for attention. He should have just pointed it out to LE, and not interject himself into the story. Now, he acts surprised that it made its way into a Defense Motion. Ratings, feeling relevant, and Muddy waters, TY, Chris Most of the time, I do like his content on his show, but maybe learn, and try not to include yourself where you don’t need to.
I agree with both your comments. Court TV lately has had really questionable "experts" , I'm getting to the point where I may unsubscribe. I can't believe who they allow on.
The Ultimate Form of Justice is to let BK have a fair trial. All of this supposition, media, etc is only tainting potential jurors into a guilty verdict. I would not be surprised if, after the trial, the judge throws the case out or the jury is gridlocked. The way all of this is going. There is so much focus on a knife sheath and a white car. But if you look closely and research Elantras, you see the first image, that blurry image outside the gas station definitely has an outline of a front plate and black side driver mirrors. This all black rearview side mirror feature including a pointy tail on back, and shorter length is only found on a 2022 Elantra. If you take that image and turn it into black and white only, remove the color, you see there are absolutely no whites on that rearview driver side mirror. But the top of the car is brightly lit. Because white picks up light even in the dark. So how is this possible that the side mirror is all black? With that said, how could they even possibly match it to BKs car that has a white side mirror on the driver's side and NO front license plate as he hadn't changed over his Pennsylvania rear plate yet, again evidenced by Oct 14 2022 bodycam image of an officer commenting on his blocking an intersection. Clearly she states that the expiry is Nov 2022 and he does change the registration way after the murders. Why would he not change it to a Washington plate BEFORE the murders? And it is no surprise there is NO DNA found in his car. Nothing. Not even when they ripped it completely apart. And why? Because IT IS NOT THE RIGHT CAR. Secondly, the timeframe is mixed up. They say he committed these crimes between 404 to 420 am. But the white Elantra is OUTSIDE the house, not parked, cruising the neighborhood then. So, this white car that is supposed to be his is cruising around meanwhile I guess it is driving itself? And he is inside? What about the front plate and side mirrors on that footage? Is it white or is it black like the blurry image? Did they even check the car rental places around there? They say he left his place that morning around 244 am. He is cruising all over. Four times? Surely with his background he would know not to use his own car, his own phone and to NOT cruise around like that with so many people out and about. Did anyone think he was just trying to score drugs? And as for the knife sheath with touch DNA that could be anything. Firstly, you can't even place him in the house, only some case of some related knife he bought that happens to have his DNA on it. Was it planted, was it leftover from a previous party, etc etc. You cannot put HIM in the house next to the sheath. I truly think he deserves a fair trial instead of being subject to this killing mob mentality. Find the right car and you will find the DNA. Give the guy a fair chance at justice if you "think" he's guilty. He deserves that.
the case is weak. The state has not even found DNA in his car or his house. and what about the roommates not calling the police after finding 4 dead bodies....?
Worrying about the glove is silly. You’re at a college area where kids live and party and walk around - it’s winter and cold and everyone’s wearing gloves. Gloves get dropped and lost all the time. Who knows how long that glove had been there. Was it a winter glove? A rubber glove? It was covered by snow. Sounds like it had been there awhile in an area where lots of people wear gloves. Anyone living in a snow area is going to think more along those lines rather than thinking it’s a smoking gun
A glove found a week and four days after, near the trash cans on outside of the perimeter. I hope the glove has some explanation, but I’m doubtful it is related.
Why will they not say what kind of glove it was? Was it a black surgical glove, was it a winter glove, what was it? Bc that changes how I view it. I still don’t think Kohberger, the phd criminology student, would leave a knife sheath and glove behind at the scene of a quadruple homicide. A sheath in the bed and glove by the trash can almost sounds TOO perfect…
Moving to a death penalty state - OMG. This crime is horrific. I’m not a death penalty supporter though. This murderer should serve every day in prison where there is no freedom and no holidays.
Brutally slaughter four people in the early morning hours, after surveilling one or two of the victims, makes plans by preparing, and bringing a large military-style knife to obliterate them. From his Apt., He drives directly to the house, going back to the scene of the crime to take a looksy at the aftermath of his handywork 4:1/2 hours after the massacre. This heinous overkill is Death Penalty worthy.
People who torture and kill others, should get the same punsihment. It sounds animalistic, but it's sick people like Bryan, who find pleasure in stabbing people to death, who deserve it the most.
I honestly think BK is guilty. Besides what the Defense is stating. This is just to big of case for the prosecution to get this wrong. I’m 98% sure he’s guilty
I’m 100% sure he is guilty!!! If you know you’re not guilty of this crime then you would be pleading NOT GUILTY!! He didn’t. I’d be screaming it from the tree tops if I was not guilty!!!
I'm 100% sure and I can't wait till he's found guilty or begs for a plea deal. Preferably he goes to trial I want the death penalty. No mercy just like he showed those innocent beautiful kids no mercy. He's demonic and he shall burn in the eternal lake of fire for his sins 🔥
@@killerheelscrime Wow. Pretty harsh words there. None of us know 100% if BK did this or not. Whoever committed these crimes should be punished, (though I do not agree with the DP in any situation) but to say that BK is "demonic" and deserves the DP when we haven't gotten all the evidence and we haven't heard the arguments at trial, is a bit harsh. What if he didn't do this and it really is some shady corruption and you people are just overjoyed at putting an innocent person to death? I live in a small town and I promise you that police corruption is way more common than you realize. It's all about who you know and what you need to hide. I hope you're never put on a jury, because you've already convicted him without knowing everything. Scary to think people are so excited to have someone put to death regardless of if BK did this or not. Taking another life, just because that person took someone else's, isn't okay. It's never okay to take a life. 🤷🏼♀️
I see people have an issue with doing good deeds and keeping their identity secret. It's just another way to look important to the outside world. For goodness sake, do the right thing regardless if someone's looking or not. Stop unecessarily trying to look like a savior.
Of course it did! This is the smoking gun. It means he was the only one to handle that knife and it did not belong to any of them, duh. If you take out a knife, lay the sheath on the end of the bed, kill everyone in the bed, and leave, how will dead people get their DNA on the sheath? If the sheath was not under them, there would be no blood and no DNA.
True. It was found 11 days later! Could be a passing persons glove, fallen out of a coat pocket!! Nothing to do with the case. That whole area was searched and no one would’ve missed a black glove .
Mike King, of Profiling Evil, was quite condemning of Chris McDonough not going to LE exclusively, and for having made a video about it and using it as a vehicle for publicity. Mike has very high ethics and morals and always does what is right.
Good I like Mike King il have to watch that! Deputy doofy should've stayed away from the crime scene 🤦♀️ he just couldn't miss the opportunity for all those clicks and views🙄 hel be sorry if he's messed this case up and from what I've heard it's not the first thing Chris has messed up
Imagine being the only criminal in US judicial history who owes over $100 Grand on student loans while on death row?😂 Kohberger may be stupid but he knows he won't have to pay those back
They’re praying for a miracle & better hope they got the game to bring….as for the DP, they had 60 days to file for it or forever hold their peace = by this, it doesn’t mean that’s what their final offer will be
There were likely a lot of males in that house with three single young ladies in there, so finding other male DNA isn’t surprising to me. Doubtful that glove has much to do with the case.
How can the death penalty be a punishment? For a fairly young man the prospect of having to spend the next 40, maybe 50 years behind bars, is incomparably worse.
@@suzyq5629 We the taxpayers pay **significantly** more for DP cases than life without parole. I'm guessing that doesn't make sense to you either, but that doesn't change the facts.
So Chris and his wife were there on Thanksgiving with his wife (November 24, which I remember because it was husband’s birthday too) and found the glove. Yet it states the glove was found on Nov 20. So which is it?
I knew i knew the defense Lawyers name but couldnt place it shes a Public Defense Lawyer from Couer d Alene Idaho (was the head back several yrs)and granted a new defense lawyer from when mine tried to bury me under false allegations i heard she was the best must be 🤷🏽♀️
As an American, are correct. More people here are very unaware that the death penalty is ineffective at reducing crime. Not to mention there’s years of endless appeals that drag on for years. It’s also a lot more expensive too
The State had no alternative but to seek the DP. This is absolutely no surprise and actually works in favor of Bryan. We can be sure all parties will play fair and square in this chaotic legal sandbox.
When will they start… playing fair? Speaking of the prosecution, and media of course. If we are not innocent until proven guilty, then we better all shave our eyebrows now! IMO
other states?: doff your cap to Idaho and reintroduce capital punishment!!!!!!! do the right thing, AND earn your keep, civil servants, from pres, governor on down!!!
The similarities to the Stephen McDaniel case study are stunning! See the deep dives on what was going on in the background; more than meets the eye! 😡🤬
It’s not a deterrent, it’s been shown many times. Most criminals don’t care about the death penalty, don’t plan on getting caught, and many commit crimes spur of the moment. Countries and states that did away with it didn’t see any increase in crime
@@RYMAN1321 If anyone deserve the death penalty, imo it's this MFer who walked into somebody's house and brutally stabbed four defenseless people to death Is that simple, when people want to make it complicated and say BK Will be found not guilty because he didn't commit the crimes what they're saying. When the jury finds some guilty they need to pull out a K bar military style and let the coward see it coming. I'm confident the evidence will speak for itself no matter what the prosecution and the defense attorneys squabble over, a jury of his peers will either find him guilty or not guilty. Just pray the judge doesn't screw up the Discovery process and end up compromising the verdict they desire. Look what happened to Lori Daybell she was supposed to be on death row but the prosecution team screwed up and missed the deadline to turn it in. I can't tell you how mad that makes me that because of their negligence now Lori gets to sit in a prison the rest for life instead of death row. Intellectuality it turned out for the best because she said in her statement to the judge she wanted to go to death row and looks forward to dying and going to heaven. I wanted to laugh It was so disgusting to hear her talk about her children in heaven and Tammy working hard. What an insult she is to humanity Lori is just pure evil. She has yet to go to trial in Arizona for the murder of Charles Vallow and attempted murder of Brandon Bordeaux and the meantime Chad goes to trial on April fool's Day of 2024 for murdering Tylee and chopping her remains up and burned them. I cry for that girl she didn't deserve to Don't forget what they did to JJ They put a bag over his head and duct taped him to death. Well Brian coburger is guilty of his crimes as far as I'm concerned and I don't give a damn how long it takes but he is not walking out of no jail cell free man, I can guarantee you that and if he does I'll eat my shoe.
Death penalty DOES NOT protect the society. I wish he had a little self-awareness to know that what he wants is REVENGE, and not to embellish his true intention.
Death penalty! If anyone deserves it, he does! He’s a book smart so called intelligent idiot is what I like to call it. Thinks he is smarter than anyone, yet lacks all common sense. He couldn’t fight his way out of a paper bag in the real world. I pray those families get the Justice they deserve!
I think maybe Steve should have moved to Texas. Idaho has had 3 executions since 1977. Of the 8 people on death row, one has been there 30 years and the average is about 20 years.
I do not think the glove is that much of an issue. However, the unidentified male dna found in the victim’s room could be. Yes, there were lots of parties etc…, but this was unidentified male dna, in the bedroom, and so how is it that they could not eliminate the source. I know this would be expensive, but couldn’t they request dna swabs from all males whose phone connected with the house wifi in the month prior? My guess, it was generally the same group of individuals going in and out of that house with a few additions each time. The cost is high to run all these tests, but when you are going to put someone to death, you should have done your due diligence and closed out every other lead. Even if the touch dna is an exact match for kohberger, it is hard to argue that the other two unidentified males dna. Hold be there from a long time ago, and also argue that the touch dna could not have been on the knife a long time from him considering the purchase of the knife or handling the knife sheath of someone else’s etc..
I have heard from multiple sources that they have already DNA tested a lot of males that went in and out of that house on a regular basis and they willingly gave their DNA. So it is possible that the prosecution is already dealing with that. It’s much different to have male DNA in the bedroom versus on the sheath of the knife.
@@Amanda72583 I agree, unless there is a reasonable reason his dna was found on the sheath. We have not heard from him yet. He might claim he donated, sold or lost a k bar knife and sheath. If the other evidence is solid, then that explanation will not fly. LE seem very confident they have their guy.
I’m of the opinion that if there is other dna present then it needs the same due diligence in testing before an accomplice can be ruled out. How can there be true justice without knowing who’s dna is present and how it got there?
I somewhat agree with you, but I think a KA-BAR knife's sheath with Kohberger's DNA found next to two victims is powerful evidence of his presents. They need to test and investigate the other DNA to determine if Kohberger had accomplices, not to exonerate him.
Yes, of course. Finding and identifying any and who’s DNA 🧬 is on that outside glove would help clear up any uncertainty. But if there’s no DNA on the glove, then it should simply be excluded from evidence as being irrelevant and purely speculative.
@@vcliburn: There was reportedly a single unidentified male profile on the glove but I haven’t seen a suggestion that’s it’s considered evidence in the case. In my opinion the glove that’s important is the one that was found in his possession with the ID of one of the victims hidden inside.
@@Summer_Beneath_The_Trees: I’m not sure what point you’re trying to make but you’ve got it all backward anyway. ‘Touch’ DNA refers to small direct samples of sweat or skin cells from a person touching an item as compared to large samples such as blood, spit, semen or other body fluids. What you’ve referred to is ‘secondary transfer DNA’ involving an intermediary. But anyway, what is your point?
@@nationsimmonds4510 I don’t have problem with you having an opinion = I’m asking you on what evidence do you have that this man deserves the Death Penalty?! It’s a simple question to your atrocious opinion! Non guilty people get arrested everyday….and thankfully some States have outlawed the Death Penalty BC too many innocent people were sentenced to death! I recommend you research touch dna….then, I want you to ask yourself how is it even possible no blood or victims dna were found in his car or his apartment! Then, take note that his phone pinged as being in Moscow on Nov 14 but police know for a fact he was not=just bc the State filed for the Death Penalty don’t make him a guilty man = it only means they had 60 days to file for it or forever hold their peace! Feelings aren’t Facts & too many are of you are running on feelings based off rumors and limited evidence produced by the State in exchange for a man’s whole life & reputation BEFORE he’s given the chance to prove his innocence = be careful bc the Universe tends to send us lessons we need to learn & so pray that you or your loved ones aren’t arrested & handed down the Death Penalty for something they didn’t do or worse given the chance to prove their innocence!
A human being taking another human being's life is always murder. It doesn't matter if it is legally sanctioned or not. If you are truly against murder, than you wouldn't support the death penalty. No one should have the authority to decide who lives and who dies, no matter what they may have done. The death penalty is barbaric, vengeful, and an attempt rid society of evil by committing an additional evil act. It is not justice and it does not deter murder.
Chris M probably put that glove there!..he's so desperate for views, his history with his YT and blaming innocent people for crimes they didn't commit is pathetic
That “moved to Idaho” statement was was words before thoughts by Steve. They moved to Rathdrum, ID before Kaylee was born, I believe. I think Steve would like to take a Mulligan on that statement. . . . The type of glove is important. I heard early on that it was one of the lab techs gloves. And how long had it been there? From Moscow.
Someone explain to me how on earth this person killed four people, the cops say it was the bloodiest scene they have ever seen, and then he gets zero blood or DNA in his car when he drives away, and not to mention zero DNA evidence in his home where he would’ve had to take his clothes off and take a shower? You can’t say it was somebody else’s car because the police said that they saw that it was his car that was driving, so how does someone get rid of every bit of trace evidence, it would be basically impossible. Also, explain to me the other male DNA profiles that were found and how they were excluded. Explain to me the eight hour delay in time for calling 911 then calling friends over in the morning and still waiting another three hours to call the police. Those questions have to be answered by the state.
Unfortunately people like him like to go to trial... they enjoy reliving the crime and torturing the victims families. I don't think he cares if he lives or dies. At this point it's all entertainment to a psychopath
