Why would he sit in jail for all of this time if he had a credible alibi?????Anyone with a credible alibi would be screaming at the top of their lungs and telling their defense to get this alibi in front of a judge to clear my name and set me free.

I'm from the UK and this case is very interesting but just also so terribly sad, but his defense team are certainly doing their jobs. Evidence will show in the trial what the public are not privy to.

The defense knows he’s guilty. They want to avoid the death penalty. He will never be exonerated.

Months after months they keep coming up with one thing after another, trying to avoid a trial! It’s like he keeps twisting the knife thru the hearts of the victims families. And he sits there all dressed up and smug. I hope he gets the justice he deserves!

He made so many mistakes it's easy to see why he's sitting in jail for the crime.

It's so hard to believe someone who was getting his PHD didn't understand that camera's would be recording him everywhere.

Based on the PCA, I fully believe BK murdered Kaylee, Madison, Xana and Ethan while the defence attorneys are wishy washying the law around to find loop holes in the law to get him free. That's all. If BK was innoncent he had the chance to plead not guilty instead of standing silent, and produce his rock solid alibi. Which he can't. This little punk studied criminology. In Pennsylvania, he wore gloves, then when it was dark in the early hours, got rid of the trash in the neighbours trash bins. No normal person acts like that. What was BK doing leaving his Uni arpartment at 2h44am? His white elantra and phone just magically went out alone. Absolute garbage. BK dna was found on the button snap of the knife sheath. The law says BK is innocent until he can be proven guilty, and he knows it. He is trying to get away with murder. The law is flawed, and when the law can be manipulated by anyone, it is flawed. May justice prevail for Kaylee, Madison, Xana and Ethan. 😡

From the first time I heard about this case I've not been convinced they had the right guy. He is innocent until proven guilty.

He's getting a lot of chances to stand still,quiet...but really they're not handling this like he's innocent, it's like he's grappling for straws. If you're innocent why don't you just give your alibi? What's stopping him, if you want to blame conspiracy, do it, but it's like he's waiting for a plan to decide what alibi he's going to use. This is a typiclal Kohberger grandiose move....10 different ways to escape the death penalty, and his lawyer seems to really be his assistant.

He doesn't need an alibi he just needs to make a reasonable doubt... Smart move

It’s not only America mourning these kids. It’s something you don’t want to hear of it happening to someone. It can’t be a coincidence! Korberg was out in the dark switching of phone, driving around and leaving sheath behind after leaving a blood bath massacre of four innocent angels .. this man is extremely heartless! Taking one life is so horrific, but four beautiful innocent young lives takes the worst of the monsters to do it. May God comfort these families, friends and everyone affected by this tragedy.

What i find more disturbing thsn this is the room mate not calling the cops for many hour's later and it turns out it was not even her that called. Ontop of that other people on the campus knew people had died way before the cops did. This case is bizzare

If Kohberger has such a strong alibi, why is he even in jail? If the alibi were solid, the prosecution would not even bother. It costs A LOT of money to incarcerate someone and put on a trial.

I pray they don't make a plea deal because we're going to be wanting to know what they actually have on BK.. and I really want to know why it took so long for the girls to call 911.. I mean how do you just let your roommates your friends lie there dying and deceased and you would first call your friends over?? I think in the end a jury will see through the defense’s smoke and mirrors strategy. BK’s phone and car were clearly moving in tandem, and unless he has a doppelgänger, he was driving. Add to this, the DNA on the sheath and the State has a powerful case for guilt. It probably won’t happen, but I’d like to see BK take the stand to argue his innocence. Meanwhile, he sits in jail, where he belongs. Regards from Moscow.

The car in the video had a plate on the FRONT, which in Pennsylvania, cars have plates on the front, unlike Utah/Washington, where the plate is only on the back. At the time of the murders, Kohberger's car was registered in Pennsylvania. About 3 weeks later, he registered his vehicle in Washington. So what are the odds of a white Elantra with a plate on the front, traveling with his cell phone, showing up on surveillance being at the murder scene? Edit: Sorry, I had that backwards. Kohberger's car had a PA plate on the back only, which was seen in the surveillance video and made it stand out that it was his car. Three weeks later, he changed his plates to WA which requires plates on front and back.

Sick how his car was tracked also to the road overseeing the police station and then driving back a few times around the house. He wanted to see the chaos. evil monster. And yep that’s the exact alibi by them saying “we hope to bring an alibi during cross examination of experts” they are basically saying they are going to challenge the cell phone data and the car being his 😵‍💫 (edit for the person lol’ing below my comment) his CELL PHONE DATA was tracked and his car followed the same path as the cell phone data n caught on MULTIPLE cameras matching the cell phone data. I think the defence has to try every thing possible with the death penalty. Plus the phone can be pin pointed to the exact location not just a tower you pinned off of. My daughter we going for a bike ride with a friend and i can track her phone. I went and picked her up because she was on a busy rd i told her not to ride on. I tracked her in real tine and cpukd see her exact movement. Put his phone tracked to exact route with the car on cameras, i say good luck to his defence!

They found BK BECAUSE of the DNA on the sheath at the scene, so it is NOT possible that the cops planted the sheath/DNA. It makes no logical sense whatsoever and is desperate grasping at straws by the defense. It's what they do. They also did NOT comply with Idaho code regarding stating a specific alibi. THEY were the ones who said they wanted to offer one, and requested more time, and then after 2 months, they didn't comply with the statute. The state has so much more than the cell data, the car on camera, the DNA and knife sheath. It will not be possible to overcome overwhelming evidence of guilt. It's the TOTALITY of said evidence that matters. IF BK had had any serious, meaningful alibi he would have been screaming it from the rooftops when he was arrested, as any INNOCENT person would. The state has far more evidence than what any of us have seen so far. Enough that they feel confident in asking for the death penalty. The defense is only interested in attempting to get their client 'off', not in the TRUTH. They have nothing to work with so they trot out the old 'Oh, the cops are crooked and planted evidence' song and dance. They will badger state witnesses or even accuse innocent people in order to muddy the waters because they know they have no way to combat the mountain of evidence against BK. I also want to add that I think it's disgusting and disrespectful that every time they appear in court for a hearing, they are laughing and smiling amongst themselves, but for all to see. I can only imagine how their lack of decorum and respect for the seriousness of the case and the families of the victims who are present affects those poor parents, etc. They act like immature boobs. They can joke and laugh with each other over lunch, but I think they have behaved grossly inappropriately in court and in front of the families of the victims.

I would expect "Court TV" to show less bias. But ever since Bryan was arrested, Court TV has been totally biased against him. There has been no room for innocent until proven guilty. It's very difficult for someone who lives alone to prove that they were asleep or in their own home in the middle of the night. As many surveillance cameras as there are virtually EVERYWHERE now, surely there are videos all along the route from the parking lot of his apartment in Pullman all the way to the murder house, a video of him parking, a video of him getting out of the vehicle and walking into the house, exiting the house, getting back into his vehicle and then following him all the way back afterwards. Also, there should be SOME surveillance which shows his license plate, thereby removing ANY question of it being his vehicle. There are cameras everywhere! I have been to another state, gotten back home and a couple of weeks later received a speeding ticket because a surveillance camera caught my license plate and address. There are around 7 Elantras in the small area around the house. Some of the owners of those vehicles are in the circle of friends of the occupants of the house on King Road. And when a man's life is in the balance, I must say it is very disappointing to see the host here making faces and childishly ridiculing the prospect of his seeking to prove his innocence. Based on the suspicious behavior of all those surrounding this "investigation," it's very possible that Bryan is, in fact, not the perpetrator. Maybe some who were not considered suspects perhaps should have been.

Disgusting games the defense is playing trying to influence public opinion. They're insisting on keeping this gag order in effect, while at the same time pushing these motions implying BK has an alibi. I would say put up or shut up, but I know his defense will do neither here.

How much victims DNA did they find in his car?

His team is doing there job. First they have to find a way to discredit the sheath. Its the one thing that actually places him in the house. And i wonder if the videos show his license plate. Also as for the cell phone was it a ine time thing or maybe he his phone history will show that he switched off often at night. Yes it looks likely that he probably did it but as your constitution demands, im glad he has a vigorous defense. Also i suspect maybe one of the roomates gave a version that does not support the DAs timeline. All in all i must say im very curious to know all the evidence they have against him.

What if he has a family member that shows up to claim that they drove the car that night maybe even a few of his family members and the phone was love in the car that night? Could that hinder the case?

He wasn't there just his phone, car , dna , and bushy eyebrows .

If Koberger can prove he was a frequent visitor at the house because he was buying drugs or partying with the roomate that didn't call police, then he can say he left the knife there at a party or loaned it to his girlfriend for something or anything... even that he just touched it at the house... because it's not his blood that was on the sheath, it was his skin cells on the clasp... that only proves he touched the sheath at some point. If he can prove he was a frequent guest or had reason to be there over those months prior, his defense becomes much more robust. It opens up the possibility too that he was connected but there was someone else who was the killer. His connection to that house and the girl who was so frozen with terror she didn't call the police until noon is going to be his alibi. I'm all but certain that is his defense, and why they're waiting until cross to introduce it. It may not exonerate him, but it may make him an accomplice instead. I'm also assuming that the facts of the investigation, which both sides are spinning their case from, are well known to law enforcement and there aren't any other suspects... including the ex boyfriend, at this point. I want to hear the testimony and cross examination of the 2 surviving roomates... and that door dash driver!
