Don’t think this was meant for average person. I am a nurse and a bit lost. I just want to walk more than 20 fr without stopping to stand and do pelicans tilts. This is depressing
@@MedicalMassageSD Hi. I just turned 60. Getting arthritis everywhere past 2 years. Genetic as well. All facet joint are arthritic w discs worn out. I can’t get on floor. Can’t walk well anymore. Not doing anything really bout it just infrared heat motrin. My abdomen is large I know about core. But it doesn’t change when dieting. Pretty pathetic
I have miner degree fracture in my spine left side. Can I go for Therapy . Lower lumbar spine mild facet arthropathyin the lower lumber spine most prominent at L4- L5 and L5 -SI levels. No pars defect. I am 75 years old active women. Please sir advice me kindly.🙏🙏
Doctor speak! Really have to listen but I understand. I have spondylolisthesis L4L5 mild to moderate spinal stenosis. From what I can tell, I don't know that I will be fusion, but hopefully just a laminectomy.

Have L3 L4 Spondylolisthesis, degenerative disc disease, Osteoporosis and left curviture of the spine. 61 years old. getting 2nd shots in back in 2 weeks. Tried all other options. Are there other options for me. Quality of life bad and depression because of loss of abilities.
Me too, same injury. L5-S1 grade 1 Spondylolisthesis with disc herniation. I have shooting pain down my left leg and in general my pain is worse in the morning when I first wake up, usually my lower back is painful and stiff. I take a lot of hot baths and stretch to try to help with the pain and increase mobility. I also use an inversion table for spinal decompression and topical lidocaine patches as needed for pain. Lower back pain is debilitating, until someone has lived with it they have no idea how much it can affect your life.
What kind of physiotherapy?I have grade 1 spondylolisthesis l5 s1. I have back pain only in standing and walking no shooting pain.i thought u fully recover now.give any idea to recover help me...I hope u gone a reply thank u very mush
I have same issues with Saitica and Periformus. But now a bit better with PT. I have been doing since last 1.5 months now and yes, I am much better now. Can now sit for hours and walk for 30 min daily. Have resumed my office.
