Welcome to my channel, thanks for being here!
In this video, I’m sharing with you our garden redesign. I’m going back to my first love which is a pollinator garden! I reused and sold some of metal beds in other areas and now we have a little “retreat” garden area which we are enjoying and the pollinators are loving this space too! We did not want to “break the budget” with this garden redesign and we were able to use lumber and other items that we already had available and we purchased a few specialty items to give this space a bit of whimsy and charm! I think this mission was accomplished!

Bobbi, I'm delighted that your YT channel is now monetized. That's absolutely wonderful. I have been trying to redesign my flower/vegetable garden spaces this year. My daughter loves going to farm sales and she recently brought me 9 old metal elevator buckets, to use somewhere in my garden. I may add them to my cedar privacy fence... we'll have to figure that one out. I love repurposing items (especially metal) for my garden, they add such a delightful element to the space. My theory is, that if it can hold soil, it's a planter! Blessings to you and your sweet family. ~Margie🤗🦋💐🐞

The overcast weather was making me feel gloomy so I was glad to see your garden redesign video! The beautiful thing about gardening is that you can always redesign your garden to fit your needs. Your pollinator garden looks lovely and I’m glad you and your husband have a place to relax and enjoy flowers. I started out trying to grow a cut flower garden but found that I really don’t like cutting flowers and my neighbors really enjoy seeing them. Now my garden is a mix of vegetables, ornamental plants and cut flowers. ❤

Hi my friend! I’m happy my redesigned space could help brighten up your day just a bit! I hear ya on cutting the flowers. I love growing cut flowers but it is definitely hard to want to cut them. The thing that inspires me and moves me forward on cutting them is the fact that most of them will produce more! Your garden space sounds like the perfect blend of veggies and flowers! 🤗

Nice story Bobbie. The garden should be our sanctuary and resting place. It can get so overwhelming when we see so many others gardens and how they do things. I’m glad you found what works for you. I like overhead watering for convenience sake, I mean after all that is what happens when it rains. I have drip but when you begin making so many changes in the garden (like we all do) we have to make those changes with the drip as well. It takes time so until I find the time overhead water allows things to stay alive. Thanks for sharing your beautiful rustic, peaceful garden.

Hi Bobbi! I love your garden! I too prefer the rustic look. It is nice to be able to use/find just about anything that will work. Yes Drip watering is the best, but I also enjoy the sprinkler. The birds in my area get into the spray and have a good time! How wonderful for your granddaughter to be able to work at a job she loves! And you are so blessed to have Sweet William to help you out. @@debraflowers5905 Oh great! I love it and it works perfectly but the only problem is now, my Lisis are over two feet tall! I had to remove the roof until I can add in taller side posts. They didn’t get quite as tall last year so I thought we had plenty of room. Be sure to construct yours tall enough!
