Thanks for the reply. What I mean is that when bubbles are generated by blowing water through, it then generates either single bubbles or two or more bubbles put together (Cluster bubbles). I would like to use blobAnalysis in MATLAB to classify then as such. I hope it is clear now.

Thanks for question Jose. In MATLAB image processing the objects we want to detect are white and the background black (binary image). In grayscale objects we want to find must be whiter /brighter than background . Thanks Anselm
