Also to add, I noticed a lot of the ideas align with book atomic habits. In the initial chapters he goes in detail how the ego/self identity is often what drives you to repeat an action and to form a habit. A person who identifies themselves as 'academically driven' has better scores and exam performance . A person who calls themselves a 'gymrat' sticks to their routine much better than the rest. It makes me inspired to solidify my identity as someone who simple lives life to the fullest with manifestation and subs by my side!!

I listened to this without reading the benefits because I wanted to guess what it was just for fun. My concept of manifesting fluctuates between “it is the easiest thing to do in existance” or “I don’t see my desires conforming in my 3D. I must be doing something wrong.” After listening to this, a question popped into my head, “Why am I chasing?” I understand feelings do not manifest because reality cannot perceive your feelings, only affirmation, but I always feel as if a tinge of demotivated burns my whole manifestation journey into nothing. Now I have to question myself, am I really “trying” to manifest my desires or the feeling of motivation? Do I want it enough or do I want to settle for “feeling symptoms?” It’s important to take accountability at times because self awareness is quite important. What are you telling yourself and how do your surroundings mimic that? Obviously if I’m telling myself it’s not working, it’s not going to fucking work. If I really wanted it, I would’ve had it by now. I wouldn’t be IDENTIFYING with the idea that what I want is unachievable. Even if the 3D shows you something else, it’s already yours in the 4D and consciousness of reality, and later on it has no choice but to show you what you are telling it. What’s the moral of the story? I need to stop bitching and moaning, and I will say this subliminal works wonders.

RESULT: I played this sub for an hour and I don’t why I started crying within few minutes of playing. I cried for an hour but I feel lot better after that. 😮😮 I don’t understand why it happened but I know that this sub is so powerful and it will help me with something so big. I listened for few hours overnight with some other subs and once I woke up I didn't feel any changes but I actually gave up a dream of years.. I don't remember the fist one but the last one. I saw that right in front of me were purple cars (I'm doing a challenge) and I was happy. Then they left. And when my brother came to me and asked where they where, I wanted to show him and find one. And as I lost hope I still found one but I was old and broken. But he was still happy to see one. Then I was someone else with a adopted family because mine is dead and the mother of the adopted family in the future was dead so I was sad and was like,, she was my real mother. I cared for her so much''and was looking back on the good memories . So I woke up and listened to this again and thought,, what was this for again? Why am I listening? " because I forgot but I still didn't realize. Till a comment said that in the benefits our old identity will scream in pain that we should stay like this. So I think my dreams meant that my manifestation come but I force them to happen or that I'm not happy even if It isn't how I wanted. I LOVE THIS SUB SMMM!!! so I had looped this overnight idk why but it js felt so right and just the time stamp 333 are my angel numbers so I was like "might as well." . And I had a dream with a narrator and three other people. One of the people were me and the other two were the things that were holding me back as people, in my dream I spent the whole time not letting those two main and last things gold me back. By the end of my dream the narrator went something like "Now you see how life really is what YOU make it. Are you ready to cross over?" And i was about to cross, no hesitantation. My fears held me back from a new beginning. In the start we were lost in some sort of jungle, by the end of it we found a path. I convinced what was holding me back to come with me, not as fears or worries but as a part of me, but like not in a holding back 'no I'm scared plz' way. It's like everything inside of me is now a team. Then we crossed and the narrator went something like "Now that you have crossed you will feel more fulfilled. Nothing is holding you back, there was nothing really in the first place, there's nothing now. You are everything you say." Then I blacked out, then I was on a bus, alone. It was comforting and I didn't feel alone actually, I was happy in myself. I feel like I successfully started a new beginning. Then I js stayed on the bus that was constantly moving and going, each sight more beautiful than the last until i woke up. Which is now😅(perf timing by the way bc my bdays in summer!😻)

had visions in my sleep that correlated to my ideal self :). one was that i was doing my morning hygiene, something that i've aways done but especially after affirming for it i seen it in my dream finally. another is that it was about something i've been going thru only this week and have been been using that to stay on the right mindset and timing. i had a thought like "yeah ik, i already know this no need to check, this is what i wanted" type of thoughts and i'm so happy that it came naturally! i carried it even when i woke up! usually that strong protest will go away once i wake up and i'll have to muster up the feeling, but no its still freaking here!!

this is so helpful in so many ways. the way I've been utilizing the process of assumption, "of allowing myself to receive" rather than to perceive has helped immensely. and i believe this boils down to identity, how you said if we assume we have blue eyes, the reality must conform to that. i was somewhere a long time ago and had just begun being 100% aware of what i wanted to feel, and not even by the end of the day, someone had said exactly what i had been thinking the entire day. something along the lines of my hair i think. shit was poppin that day, curly, bouncy and luscious 😂 (dont ask me how homegirl lookin today bc that was a time... anyways lol) my goal is to make things as easy as possible and i feel the more i divert from what, and who i truly am, the outerworld becomes a tad resisting, on my end. not just flow... but be aware of what's fulfilling to you, so ive learned, and be aware of your energy even when doing things not of fulfillment because the universe is clocking your frequency at all times. thanks for this... this is just me rambling 😅

Was having a difficult moment between shifting with just law of assumption and shifting with lucid dreaming but I decided out of nowhere to watch sammy ingrams last two videos and in both of them, she kept mentioning the word "identity" so I thought "Hey, why not try this sub out" and man, I feel like I'm seeing manifesting in a much clearer light. Especially with the way you explained manifesting simply as just switching your identity to the version of you who has that specific desire. I feel a bit more at peace now, and not so focused on how long something's going to take. (Which is what I was REALLY struggling with deeply during all of this.)

two nights in a row listening to this overnight I've had really really awful dreams, both concerning my mother and myself. I have vivid dreams that I can recall almost every night, and kind of often have nightmares too, but two [nightmare] nights in a row and about similar topics make me think that this audio was causing them... and i don't mean that negatively!! I love my mom very much and am close to her, but I feel like the dreams are indicating that I identify with her Too Much, that I lose some sense of myself because me and her are kinda codependent? Which like, fine, message received, but ohhhhhhh my god the nightmares are like, So Bad, I think I'm gonna listen to this only in the day and listen to something else overnight 😭😭. But like obviously this is powerful, I've not consciously manifested anything or TRIED to manifest anything since starting listening, but I do feel a short of shift happening in how I perceive and carry myself. I feel stronger/more solid as an individual force.

Thank you so much for this, this arrived right on time. EDIT: After listening to this, I was able to step outside of my old identity and trauma and forgive someone who I hated for years and wish for them to grow, improve, never hurt anyone ever again, and become a force of good and love in the world. I was wanting to do this for awhile so I could move on. I feel so at peace now. Thank you so much for this.

I actually realized the best for me is to not hold onto any identity or label. It's def nice to have a label when you felt out of place, so that you feel like you belong somewhere. However it can also feel very limiting when it feels like you're not allowed to change. Because of the group of people who hold the same identity and you forget to ask yourself HOW YOU FEEL. HOW YOU THINK. Admist the vast interpretations, circumstances, beliefs, etc of others. So for now. I wanna work trough all the identities I held onto. I definitely held onto a lot of suffering. "Identities" w charecterics I aspire to be or more like I already am,, I do understand the identity concept as it gives hope, confidence, motivation. But I think I can take an identity until it doesnt serve me anymore. 😊 the ability to let go after using the tool. Cuz its simply that, a tool. Not a definition of me.
