I think he’s a construction worker who has a hobby of building flying machines at night. He has a co-worker who always tell him that they should quit their jobs and become pilots. He wanted to, but flying lessons are expensive. So he sold one of his inventions to a sleazy man who used it to create jetpacks to help construction workers do their jobs easier, but they were built sloppily and caused the death of many workers including the aeroplanist’s friend. Overcame with guilt, he accepted the invitation in hopes that he could make amends for what he did, even when he knew that it could lead him to the same fate as his friend.
@@Cubicnoiradly, I think the reason why the aeroplanist is now overcome with guilt is due to the fact that he knows that the machine and blueprints were unfinished (as shown in the last scene), yet still sold them to make some money (maybe to complete his flying machine) Edit: so yea technically he still has some part in his best friend’s death
@muse_001 so far everyone in game 10 are heavily themed with inventions and engineering. It also wouldn't be the first time Luca's letters reference a character yet to be released, they did this with Alva last year!
@@just.museeeLuca's 3rd letter mentions Luca feeling empathy towards the 3rd survivor, because they've both had some similar experience. They both caused the death of someone close to them. Also, as the previous commenter mentioned, the 10th group seems to include intelligent people who invent stuff. Charles fits perfectly.
Bro literally is the only character in identity v who is genuinely good and only killed someone by pure accident without intending it in any way how is it even possible
Finally a survivor which don't looks like a "soft boy". Edit: forget,his backstory makes him looks like a himbo with depression but makes sense, since people come to the manor with depression,greedy or looking for something or someone...
Why are the smart characters having the most trauma first mechanic losing her father then the prisoner losing his greatest invention and the other guy Herman I think getting his invention stolen I think and now this guy
Excellent art style as always. Also nice to see the survivors acknowledge the letters, and why they feel so desperate to get the rewards promised in it.
He probably has a jetpack to fly short distances but I have a hard time to understand: 1/ How different he will be from toy merchant 2/ How a hunter can counter him (vs for instance Gravekeeper who would do the same but underground)
I think something that would be cool is he enters a “mode,” similar to prisoner, where he can see ciphers to chart a course. He could only use the ability while near a cipher (to make it fair) and once he charts a course he starts to fly to the other cipher. (Kinda like “Point A” to “Point B” thing.) Obviously he wouldn’t be able to abuse it because he would need fuel. I dont know if he’ll regain fuel overtime (not likely) or simply drop the jet pack. Oh! The farther the cipher is from wherever he is, the more fuel needed. Okay that’s my theory! What do you think? Maybe he does fly short distances (kinda like patient grapple) but i thought he would be more decoder/transition kiter orientated. I could be completely wrong though😅
Maybe this guy is connected to Coordinator's husband or to herself (her wanting to be a pilot), he and his friend ended up becoming pilots at some point and his friend marrying coord. Then an "accident" happened that killed kis friend either by his engineering or intentional sabotage (it is implied that coord killed her husband).
