He was threatening to do just that in revenge for having a camera pointed at him. He obvs disapproves even though the cameraman was on the side of the law. Personally, however, I believe it should be against the law because it is a subtle form of harassment.
@@davidsmith5523 I do perceive it as an abuse of freedom. Funny how we've got thousands of new laws but we're no longer free to defend ourselves. Nothing to do with the police. This IS a form of harassment regardless of who the victim is.

when i was arrested the officer that arrested me for no charge was with a trainee she was shocked and so was there BACKUP they called for a 5ft 9 / 9 stone person the 7ft giant was like why the hell you need backup for him lmao :D he dont know i nearly launched both coppers across the room over there bullshit so now i hate the police
He's not being horrible, he's teaching the younger cop how to kick up a storm so they can charge members of the public when they loose their tempers. It's all orchestrated and very clever to wind someone up whenever they want, to "fit someone up" on the spot. That young copper is learning from the best (very sadly) No doubt they did a simmilar thing to someone else afterwards, with their roles reversed. No wonder people hate the cops with a passion, once reserved only for murderers.

The way the policeman talks reminds me so much of Alex in "A Clockwork Orange". The part after where Alex goes to prison and then goes for the Ludovico treatment and he talks really fast with a sort of "jolly" tone and ends everything with "Sir".
Seen it many times, they push and push and push, they don't have the common sense to walk away, they try and initiate a response that leads to arrest of the 'victim'... then they completely fabricate a story to fit the crime.... like the victim said, his back was against the vehicle the cop was in his space, nothing but cowards, plain and simple.

They hate the word mate... Shipmate. So no power over us. He "requires" your name as that promotes him to officer over the Mr. Hence he calls you, Sir. Sir refers to the surname, which they own. Keep it matey... And only use the given name, which belongs to us, not them.

So a Police Officer who says he turned his camera on before he got out of his car & then approached the auditor without disclosing he was recording (breach of GDPR Principle 1 transparency) - then has a problem with being filmed himself.

That cop was giving his mate a lesson on how to "bait" someone into resisting arrest. It didn't work though, so we can only hope that lessons were learned and changes will be made for the next 'forced' encounter. The motorist slipped through their fingers this time.
@Thomas Powell I have friends in the police force who have seen this video and have said he gave the force a really bad name . He's not a good officer and didn't handle the situation well at all . I also know on very good authority the matter is being looked into internally .

That's true now I'm actually bored of stating again the police seen behaving like this are replacement for the half decent police that Teresa psycho May destroyed. ffs
"WE PAY YOUR WAGES". That is not how they understand it. As far as they are concerned, the state pays them to keep in line and to extract from you. You're seen similar as livestock. Paying wages is an obligation that arises from the voluntary act of offering employment to workers. Paying taxes, penalties, fees etc. is an obligation that arises from the mere fact of being born and needing to stay sheltered, heated and having enough to eat. And the police are there to make sure you get with the program. It is like this everywhere in the world and not only on your sad island. A German Bulle does the same exact job of a French flic or a Russian ment or a British cop or whatever they're called in China.
Respect has to be earned and deserved, NOT demanded. This poor excuse for a Police Officer needs to be put infront of a disciplinary and put on a retraining course. Absolutely disgraceful agressive and sarcastic behaviour and a very poor example for the younger officer to witness.
