I don't get it. I'm an EWP operator and I can't see anything wrong. Is there something special about cherry pickers that makes operating them different from regular boom-type EWPs?
He's not wearing any fall protection, and you should never grasp the outer hand rails. It'll become a habit, and if he's ever maneuvering into a tight place with his hand on the outer rails, he risks crushing and amputation of the fingers.
I have not operated one of these before but it looks like to me that he could be going in the wrong direction (he can't see what or who is in front of him just like driving a forklift) but l do know that he is making one major bad thing and that is he is not wearing a safety harness.
