Idk about BF5 but in BF1 I never really got the hang of the flight controls. They always felt like a really odd mix of an arcade game and a full flight sim. I was on console though so maybe that makes a difference.
I been on console before, I would say controls lil more difficult. However, there are still great pilots on console that could beat pc pros, so it just takes a bit to get used to them, once you get there flying becomes much fun.
0:35 you could have stalled your engine a bit by holding s to turn better you had him this looping was an awesome move but you could have held s while turning on him you could have killd him but other than that you are on a good way to become an ace
