Thanks for the video. VERY helpful. A couple questions: 1. The two USB plugs (below the power head) are no longer charging the phone when plugged in. Did I miss a connection? 2. I have a 2016 XLT. Do I need the microphone install or should the factory mic work? Thanks!!!
