Since y'all are so offended over me writing "Disabilities" on the title in the video, I have already changed the actual video title to Disabilities/Conditions.
@@amandareynolds8930not necessarily, i got ocd and and a bunch of allengues and still cant get disabled, is only when the disorder or injury causes you to not be able to work properly is labeled a disability.
exactly. i keep seeing channels like this lump disorders in with disabilities and as someone with both a disorder and a disability it feels lowkey ableist?? 😭 idk but its just kinda icky how little research they do especially for a pretty serious topic like this that often requires research to talk about
You do realize the definition of a disability would be a long lasting disorder, impairment, or illness that can impact they you live. I am disabled myself. I also have OCD, depending on what part he struggles with it could incredibly hard to do anything he already has to, I don't have only vasovagal syncope but I have POTS that comes with it. She had to be very careful and aware of where she is so if she passes out, she won't cause herself injury. A straight spine is literally the opposite to scoliosis or kyphosis, depending on his severity it could restrict normal movements. I am not incredibly familiar with atopy but it sounds similar to MCAS, depending on what reactions she can have, she might have to be very careful with new environments, foods, places, etc. None of these thing are things that don't restrict in some way. That's not to say they will never get through life or be successful bc they obviously all are and most people don't endnotes know, but you just completely invalidated anything they've ever gone through or hard days they've pushed through for our entertainment.
@@MihaelaBilicAnticevic-rz8vl borderline personality disorder is a disorder that’s caused by instability or childhood trauma. It’s characterized by a whole host of very debilitating symptoms. Including unstable emotions ,relationships and no sense of self.
@@villy_Syriusno, it isn’t. Split personality disorder, now known as Dissociative Identity Disorder is characterised by having multiple distinctive personas. They tend to also have lapses in memory. This isn’t related to BPD at all. The only similarity is that both are personality disorders and that they both struggle with self-identity.
out of 8 korean members of exo only 4 enlist in military service (sehun, chen, xiumin, chanyeol). those perform in public services are : suho - bad eyesight. theres a picture of him at airport where he filled in details with face like 2 inch away from the document. d.o - severe astigmatism that could not be corrected by contact lenses. it makes him look like he is glaring at people and/or wants to cry even though he is really just trying to see things. it was so bad that it started beef with another member when they were trainees. kai - 4 different discs problem one of it is herniated disc on neck. waist & ankle surgeries. sometime when he danced, his fingers are shaking from pain too. chen revealed on radio star theres no part of kai's body that is left intact. he's 8 when he started dancing. baekhyun - he suffered hyperthyroidism for over 10 years. (he found out in high school and hid his medical condition from fans. it was only revealed due to enlistment.) during exo early days when they were still 12 members, chanyeol once joke on national tv that baekhyun always 'moaning' in his sleep, but really it was just him in pain. the more he danced, the more pain he suffered. it gets so serious that swelling up forming on his neck and throat. we never know what other things they chose to disclose from public, therefore please be kind with them.
NINGNING ISN'T BLIND IN ONE EYE LMAO SHE JUST CAN'T SEE WELL IN ONE OF THEM BUT SHE CAN STILL SEEE. SHE SAID THIS A BILLION TIMES FOR PPL LIKE YOU BUT Y'ALL DON'T LISTEN. All she said was one eye is weaker than the other, she said three times because y'all keep calling her blind a fan asked her in a live and she got upset.
@@sunhyolic no. Blind means she totally cannot see (one eye) you call someone who wear glasses blind because most of time they can still see just not well. It's also rude to someone who can still see blind. It's called manners.
I think theres a translation error here. I‘m korean and i just read the interview and Suga doesn’t really have OCD. He said he struggled from 강박 which can be easily mistranslated to ocd, but it simply means obsession&pressure. If he really meant to say ocd, he would have said he had 강박증. They aren’t the same. It’s very common to say “I have too much 강박“ or something like it when talking about mental struggles.
Ninging also have ADHD if you didn't know. So does BamBam but he embraces it. And one thing you might not know about OCD people is they often also have germophobia. I know cuz that's me.
Heechul from Suju is disabled from a car accident that injured his leg, sometimes he walks with a limp and he has to limit performances or risk losing the ability to walk
@@SWEETY11130 OCD is a psychological illness that is very commonly misunderstood and now almost celebrated on Tiktok under a wrong pretext. You can think of it like an irrational obsession with random things like flipping the light switch. Some people have an inner voice that tells them something terrible will happen if they don't complete that task. It's linked to traumata, significant stress etc. Some on Tiktok think it's just a synonym for oddly satisfying, or liking order in your life. Which is obviously incorrect.
@@Ilovemymimisomuch 😭 i’m not blind but i’ve had an eye condition my entire life, as well as an injury that happened 5 years ago that caused permanent flashing lights in my vision,, trust me it’s not cool
I also have vasovagal syncope....it's not that bad, but it occurs randomly. It sometimes happens when im feeling lethargic. I just really have to sit when i am going thru it and idk how hyuna deals with it onstage. It is really rare for me like it happens once in 4 months but idk abt hyuna
Honestly as someone who also has vasovagal syncope and is a dancer, it just depends tbh. I used to think it happened randomly until I found out my triggers which usually are heat or quick changes in temperature. So as long as I’m not dancing in super hot weather or I’m not constantly switching from different rooms with different temperatures, I’m fine
@@changbin1930my triggers are so fucking random it's so annoying. Like everytime I dance I'm playing russian roulette of wether or not I'm gonna faint lol. My dance team already lost a competition bc I fainted on stage in the middle of our dance. I'm also kinda curious how she does it
@@Da_flower Of course! So some things that can trigger it are quick temperature changes, heat, sitting up too quickly, being dehydrated, stress, pooping can also trigger it (mainly if you’re constipated). When you feel yourself about to black out, immediately sit down. For me, this has helped prevent the black outs, but I know for some people this doesn’t completely prevent them, but rather makes it to where they’re less likely to get hurt when blacking out. Overall I’d say just drink lots of water and try not to stand too long or be in the heat in general if you can help it cuz those are my triggers!
Hyena, I don’t support for what she is doing now, but she have some strong psychological impairments, but she never lets public bothered by it. I always respected her for such strong work ethic.
ik bro, but thats from the side view. if you look at it from the front its meant to be fully straight, if not you have scoliosis but if the spine is too straight to or too bent from the side thats kyphosis@@veganmocha
Part 2, please? If you're planning to make the 2nd one, i suggest you to put Haechan whose Amblyopia, Lay Zhang with Hemophilia, Park Bom with ADHD, Solji from EXID has Hyperthyroidism, EXO's Baekhyun has Hypothyroidism that's why he really likes eating strawberries I hope this kind of informations helped you to do more contents so you can help educating new fans about knowing their biases or other idols🙏🏽 FIGHTING, HONEY💚
To the commenters saying that most of the things listed are not disabilities.... Hello Disabled person in a wheelchair here, All int he video DO indeed fall under the Disability definition. Just because the USA or other countries dont let you get disablity payments for them doesn't make them any less of a disability. The MEDICAL definition of a disability would be a long lasting disorder, impairment, or illness that can impact they you live. LITERALLY EVERYTHING in the video is a Disability.
Your spine is supposed to curve near you neck and hips. Having a straight spine leaves it prone to damage cause you're putting tension on the spinal disks. This of when you bend or dance, your spine being curved enhances the movements hence why he has a disability.
"weak leg" is not a disability, especially if she can still dance for her job on that leg! That is not disabling. I have weak ankles that are prone to giving out and causing me occasional sprains, but I'm not disabled as a result.
you do realize that like your body gets weaker over time right. chronic problems that cause occasional pain and discomfort add up as you mature - and WAY faster than you think!!!! - and suddenly your body can't handle shit anymore. like this is just kpop so its not that deep but these comments are sooo troubling to me omg. like just a complete lack of understanding and compassion for what disabilities are. "well i'm not disabled so i know this person isn't either" omg???
I am physically disabled and i still can dance lol also u dont know her personal life. Not saying ur completely wrong but you should give a better example
