@chrisrlamb Idra in an interview says he cooks for himself and he said he generally cooks simple things like chicken breast and vegetables and brown rice. His nutrition is more than fine. Also, for how much he plays, if he ate a crappy diet, he would not be as thin as he is, even if he had an ectomorph bodytype if he does not work out (no necessarily lift weights but cardio).
@chrisrlamb Also, as I said if he doesn't work out physically then I honestly believe his gaming is suffering. Working out will reduce stress, improve reaction time, improve cognitive ability etc. He is definitely an ectomorph but he is also young.. give him another few years and if he doesn't get active then the body composition will start to be more obviously affected.
@chrisrlamb Yes, the only claim I really just disputed with is the nutrition which I believe he does fine with based on what he said he consumes in his diet, however, that does not make up or excuse the lack of exercise. I didnt say he was not potentially unhealthy. Of course exercise is important, I do 30 mins of cardio daily and lift weights 5 days a week, I am not foreign to the benefits that come from exercise. He could very well be unhealthy for all I know.
@chrisrlamb I am sure he is under a lot of stress and a lack of sleep during these tournaments but like any athlete (if we are going to start calling gamers athletes) during times of competition nutrition and sleep etc are of prime importance.
@Blackpanfa You're right, we'll rule this game anyway. Europeans start to play mass Starcraft 2 and Europeans ruled several times Warcraft 3 also in the last period.
@hubomba Just because someone is thin does not indicate that someone is well nourished or healthy, you can be technically obese and appear 'thin' and fit to the average person. I am a trainer by profession and from the videos here Idra doesn't look to be very healthy to me but that is my personal opinion.

Idra looks unhealthy. Pro gamers you need to workout physically. I'd be willing to bet it would improve your game. Better nutrition and sleep needed for idra.
