On the issue of the overlay, SC Orengo was making an issue out of something which in all probabilities it can be explained. Even the Presiding Officer could have overlayed over the name Uhuru Kenyatta or Odinga etc depending on which newspaper they were reading that day. Strike that out SCOK it was waste of court's time

All the original forms were brought back to the IEBC and only Certified Copies were given to the registrar of the SCOK. This includes all the Kiems Kits

It is not my friend. The key is IMEI. Any internet gadget has a UNIQUE IMEI. Very simple argument. School uniform could be the same but it doesn't mean all the kids are in the same class. There are other identifiers like knowledge which put some kids in class one, others in class 8. The same way he acknowledged it was an error but continued to explain there were other identifiers to differentiate the two.
@@evonrn2000 this election was the first of this kind. I think as a nation we were not mature enough to shift from traditional way of voting to this electronical way. The so called "errors" are just that the system is very new to us. Other than that, the election was valid.

When a lawyer speaks, he speaks on behalf of the client as if he is the one who did it, remember he has been retained by the IEBC as a lawyer and hence is like an employee of the IEBC, so when he goes to the battle he has to speak like the iebc
The bone of contention here is not who Mahat Somane is ....it was to elite the azimio lawyer's (who dint do their research well or rather we can say they came with shallow or 'unreasonable' evidence) how IEBC works..... whether he was there or no the facts remain that the name Jose Camargo was an overlay document, he wasn't the person who decided the president elect. He had to tell the court Azimio lawyers (Julie Soweto) came in with a forged document by generating an original form 34A. He admitted there were 2 KIEMS kits with the same serial number but was able to differentiate them with an IMEI..... lemmie help you on this issue on KIEMS kits,, students in one uniform doesn't mean they are all in the same class, you can differentiate them based on their knowledge base or age.... So Orengo was just tryna buy time so that Somane couldn't be given the chance to break them down. He knew perfectly that was the best way to bring down the IEBC lawyers since it was the last day to present their evidences but to their shock Somane had the original copies with him.
