Withdrawal is temporarily. Matter is legal and some aspects found to be criminal. The matter must go back to court. However, if the electoral court wants to dismiss matter by responding by means of a MEMO , then MK must witdraw case. The electorate needs a public transparent court case. MK must take the time to regroup and send matter back to court. IEC cannot be left to do the same thing over and over again and expect a different result -thats INSANITY. Nor should it be allowed for electoral court to dismiss case using a memo to MK.

News channels always speak and make news about MK but it's unethical that it's always in their absence funny the DA is always represented when it's being talked about. I dnt like MK but this can't be ethical journalism
