I have watched quite of lot of IELTS-Writing Task 1-videos by now, and this is by far the best one I found. Thank you so much for your very clear explanations and numerous examples!
Best videos on Academic Writing Tasks! I was most nervous about writing since my last band score was L8R9S7W6.5. This time, I learnt from these videos especially for task 1 and scored an 8 band in Writing. Thank you so much! Your videos are gold! ❤❤

Thank you for this astonishing mini-course. All of the materials you had used were awesome; however, I'm not sure about the use of "has showed" expression in sentences. Could you please take a look at 26:00 where you utilized the expression "has showed" and clarify if it is correct to use or not? Best regards. Ehsan
Thank for the video. But I got confused at one point. When you solve the first exercise, you wrote "a considrable increase"in the sixth gap but it says the next 4 years, but if we look at the next four years, we can clearly see that there is just a marginal rise in that catagory. Let me know if I mistaken.
Thanks a lot! Described well with loads of example. One question. What is difference between "metric tons" and "tonnes"? I saw these two words when you were describing about the decline. In the graph you had used "metric tons". But, in example it had been "tonnes".
Can anybody tell me that they use in lesson between----to ----. Is this right? As far as I am concerned I think with we use between----and From---- to---- This lesson has some mistakes
10:27 The line graph illustrates the monthly number of viwers who watched Channel One news at four different parts of day . Units are measured in millions. It is clear that news introduced at 6 pm was the most watched ones while reverse was true for 1 pm news. Of particular note is the fact that 11 pm news experienced a substantial change during the given period. I am open for suggestions
Skyrocket is informal in Longman Dictionary so it's obviously detrimental to be used in wt1 or t2 , but leap (v.)3 in longman is neither frm nor inf so it is somehow appropriate for writing; however, i believe you're right we'd better use other words while we are not pretty sure about these two specific words
I don't understand why sometimes the sentence end with "between 2010 AND 2015" and other times "between 1985 TO 1995" . In the case of "to" should not be used "from'?
