I got a problem about the 15 to 17 it is not considered to write 8:00 am. Just confused about it.

Churchill bldg is not exactly opposite Mcdonald Bldg. It's the next and larger bldg, meaning it's D, not E. And who the hell is Neil? Come on, fix this sh*t!
