The answers are rehearsed but not memorized (as is the case with all RU-vid IELTS videos) The reason for this is to teach methodology and new vocabulary. No she is not a 9 ... she is a 7.5 at best. I barely understand her and she has many pauses as she speaks. It feels like she has memorized all the answers.
@@asmitshahi744 No, IELTS speaking part requires genuine answers that are generated on the spot, not some prepared answer which applies to a generic question. Plus, memorizing is not a sign of intelligence. There are animals with better memory than humans and lower IQs as you may know.

Hi, Saying natural filler like 'Umm' or 'Aaa' is completely normal, and won't lower your band score as long as it isn't excessive, it is better to focus on coherence and fluency rather than avoiding natural filler. I am a native speaker and I must say, her answers are somewhat ridiculous. "Lush green hills of..." "picturesque", etc...These words are NOT used in common English conversations. These kinds of expressions are ones you would read in a short story or novel. For me, the answers sound false and rehearsed. This is a 9?
I couldnt understand how she got high band 9 score. After all she is not fluent, her pronouncation is not so good as well, she is correcting herself while speaking and making pauses which is also minus in order to get high score

Definitely, seems memorized ans she sounds quite unnatural and robotic. One doesn’t get a band 9 just for the use of some memorized 'high-level' vocabularies.
Slow or fast speech does not matter as long as the person sounds "naturally fluent" and she does. Often speaking a bit slower and metodically can lead to better scores.
