English is my second language and her explanations are easy to follow because of how slow and perfectly pronounced her English is. Also, she isn't explaining just one thing but two. One of them is sequencers and passive voice PLUS grammar order. Which is very hard to remember when English is someone's second language. Hehehe

Describing processes Sequencers: First of all, The first step/stage is Next Then After that Finally In the final step/stage Before/after/once Grammar: make use of passive voice (Object+verb+past participle)
