Thank you, Liz. But may I ask the use of "the information" in the first picture here? I personally think that was not a mistake, because "the" really indicates some specific items in the chart. So I believe both with "the" and without it are fine in this context. If there's something wrong, I'm glad to receive your feedback!

We don't use "the" in this case because it is undefined. Normally, we would use "a" but because this is an uncountable noun, there will be no article in its undefined state.

I started preparing for my IELTS exam a month before the test date and was initially unsure where to begin and what to study. I had absolutely no clue.
