One point really pushes me asking for a confusion, you said not to use I heard when giving example in one of your new videos. But, you are teaching us this!!

That's a great question! 😀 It's not wrong to use "I heard that..." However, there are some cases where you can be more precise and then it makes sense to express more precisely where you got the information from.
