yann tiersen is Breton. You are welcome in Brittany whenever you want. This very beautiful region is a breath that takes you to the soul, like the music of Yann. Magnificent interpretation, a lot of talent and class, thank you madam.
Eva, I just cannot stop listening to you playing this wonderful piece! I listen to it daily, while also practicing it myself. You play it so gracefully, it gives me goose pumps. And this sound of the Kawai piano is just amazing... Thinking about purchasing a Kawai after listening to your performance! Really grateful to you for sharing this video with the world! Sending you lots of appreciation! 🙂😌
So I know this was posted a long time ago, but will someone please at least answer this question. You see im 14 and have been trying to play this song for a month now. I have only made it the where the right hand goes to the highest octave back and forth. But my hand starts to hurt during the middle of that plus I saw that her right hand was moving so swiftly. I bruised my right wrist from that song but I still want to learn it!!! Anyways how do I move my right hand without it being so painfully hard
Depends on your experience with piano, if you are a beginner and learning this, your hand is not ready, even for intermediate level, next if you are natural left hander same problem will come, apart from that if you are an experienced piano player say learning for 2 or 3 yrs , jist keep practicing and it will get better, when in pain stop, practise after you get comfortable
Hello! I understand your problem. The octave technique can be painful in the beginning. Don't overpractice it, your wrist needs time to learn this. I would suggest practising in small bits and not for a long time. As the days pass you will see, you will get better and it will get easier. The best of luck!
