Aiden Pearce is a highly skilled grey hat hacker who has access to the CTOS of Chicago using a highly specialized device, the Profiler. Had he been arrested after the events of "WATCH_DOGS" these are the criminal charges he would have faced.

Well, Wrench, who is a Dedsec member, was the reason he got captured and shot in the first place. And Aiden doesn’t join Dedsec in Legion-at least there’s no confirmation that he did. He’s just one of infinite possible members of Dedsec in Legion.

He didn't kill them. Aiden literally gave Jordi his bullets while he dealt with Maurice. It's through the in game dialouge that Jordi in fact killed them and called the police as a distraction.

He’s not even doing it for altruistic reasons like “justice” or anything, his niece was murdered in an attempt on his life. It’s a revenge thing. Which is why I still wouldn’t consider Aiden a “good” guy or even close to one. His reasons for cleaning out the Chicago criminal underworld are ultimately selfish, regardless of the “good” it might have done.

They tried to kill him because the Mob panicked and thought he was after their blackmail on the mayor. Like Aiden said "All of this. Lena's death. Because you didn't want to lose your puppet".

If Aiden got that amount of sentence, I bet that Marcus in Watch Dogs 2 will get higher amount of sentence (if all DLCs + side missions+ mystery mission like the ATMs hack and Ubisoft hacking one) included in the calculations, assuming that California's law is heavier in sentence given than Illinois one). Also, combining Sitara and Wrench's action as a co-conspirator (based on this when Jordi's action is largely included) in the last mission, it's gotta be big amount (correct me if I'm wrong, I really don't have knowledge on US's law). Love to see other Watch dogs character like Raymond Kenney, Marcus, and Wrench to be included as well in your upcoming videos.

He’s a mix of Batman and the Punisher in terms of tech and gun skills that’s probably why I like him a lot plus he’s just a very complex character the other Watch Dogs characters while still good don’t gravitate me as much as Aiden but that’s probably because I like Vigilante/ anti hero stories

You have to wiretap Nicky to find the caller. You also triangulate his position, which I think would be stalking. Aiden spies on people a *lot* in this game 6:34 Accessory to assault with a deadly weapon Aiden impersonates someone to get Helena to give up her father. This would probably also be classified as some kind of fraud 12:42 Assault 14:42 Stalking 15:58 Accessory to 4x(?) murders In order to activate the trigger for the assault on the bricks to begin, you have to access the security system through a physical terminal. Aiden doesn't actually tamper with anything here, but it violates a 1996 Illinois law I stumbled upon while researching called "unauthorized computer use" 18:37 *Another* count of impersonation for having Clara engineer the auction 19:29 Got to test if there's a way to do this without all the arson. I'll get back to you

@@terminator3768 Your camera is locked up until you run out of focus, after which the game just fires a script that insta-kills you even if you have perfect cover. You can either shoot the explosive or hack it, but there's no way to do this without setting the place on fire

This was an incredible work. Thank you. It surely wasn't easy determining how many crimes were committed given that the player has control of him outside of cutscenes. I'd like to add: When he breaks out of the Palin Correctional Center and winds up on the top of its parking garage, he can steal a car and drive it off a conveniently placed shipping container onto the ground. Though you showed gameplay of this, you only counted it as 'resisting arrest', when I think it should also be covered as 'grand theft auto' and 'reckless endangerment'.

Aiden is really depended on the player. for example at 2:00 I did not killed anyone. Nor do actually anyone in my gameplay. (Yes I went for a non lethal gameplay) And the last one is speculative too. Aiden did not planned to kill Jordi He acted from self defense once he betrayed him. And Damiel is speculative too since he tried to kill Aiden first, and hired Hitmans on him. So in a way or another it was self defense too. Torture is also difficult here. In my opinion torture is something like you are unnecessary causing pain to someone mostly for sadistic reasons. However Aiden at first just beat up him from anger and to find out who hired him. It is different in my opinion, However Aiden did helped Jordi who afterwards did most likelly tortured him or at least kept him in captivity. (Notice In the first chapter we see bodies on the ground which is being counted here but we don't really know who killed them, but judging by their conversation it seens like it was actually Jordi)

Funny to see. Where I live if you are responsible for creating a situation where you are forced to act in selfdefense, you are on the hook anyway for the crime, but the mximum sentence is halved. Say you and your buddy decide to rob a bank, and your buddy decides to execute a hostage and you shoot him, that still is (attempted) murder but instead of 35 years you can get 17.5 years. Not counting the 20 for the robbery of course.
