The debt wasn’t from using the Box of Paper Slips, it was from not paying the people who voted for him. Leafy isn’t a trillion dollars in debt after all
5:00 i think yes, that would be manslaughter as we’ve seen multiple times that firey is able to hold objects without them being ignited, so the only time this would happen is on purpose
Nice like usual. Time for my observations. ==Puffball== • 0:04: Like last time, I don't think the characters should be charged for contributing to a ridiculous coincidence that resulted in Book dying. • 0:40: To be fair, Puffball was aware that Two wouldn't die from the roller coaster, so her charge could be mitigated for that. • 1:21: There would be additional charges for physically forcing Bell onto the dangerous roller coaster and for the theft of Lightning's bracelet. ==Pen== • 2:57: That's called a bias incident, not a hate crime. A hate crime is doing a crime for a discriminatory motivation. Pen had the motivation, but he didn't do a crime, since it wasn't illegal to vote Golf Ball out of the competition. • 3:17: The Box of Paper Slips count as real money in BFDI for some reason, so charging Pen for utilizing them based on real life logic asserts that he would've used the product if it were illegal, which is a hypothetical observation. • 3:42: The scam charge is correct here since Pen couldn't pay the real life voters and he admitted that he didn't even have that much money. Pen received 32 votes during the next episode, and Pen admitted that he owes them all a lot of money, so I think he can be charged with 32 counts of the scamming. ==Firey== • I don't know if it's different depending on location, but I know the arson charge as only applying when a person burns something intentionally. There were times where you charged Firey with arson when he burned something accidentally. • 6:33: There would be the additional charge of property destruction, since the glass booths were destroyed. The Announcer secretly paid for those. ==Coiny== • 9:16: There's no evidence that Coiny planned to destroy the world just because he ordered a bomb that could do so. Coiny kept the bomb but the world wasn't destroyed during the next episode, so he probably kept the bomb for a different purpose. Instead of the charges you gave, Coiny would probably be charged just for keeping an item so dangerous.
I like to think that there's this trope that when a character is first introduced, they seem to be mostly neutral or uninteresting. But overtime once they get more screentime we start to see them getting development or notice their negative nature. Like Firey and Coiny were first portrayed as a pair of idiots who always slapped and poured their anger on each other but now they've become more sensitive. Spongy began as the typical fat guy who just sat around doing nothing ignoring other people's business, but then probably around BFB 14 we start seeing that he has some solid traits. Then you have Pillow who's revealed to be a completely absurd and sadistic masochist.
Naturally, a character isn't going to be extremely interesting during the first time they appear, because it takes time for the character to actually participate in the show and build up demonstrations of their personality, capabilities, and so on. Due to the large cast of characters, some characters are given more attention by the show than others, which means that in some cases, it's true that characters start off uninteresting or neutral, but this isn't necessarily the case. This is a correlation observation, rather than a causation observation. There have been times when characters have started with interesting attributes and have gotten more interesting as the series went on. Even the opposite is possible; a character can demonstrate interesting attributes, but after a while, other characters in new storylines are focused on by the show instead. When Coiny was eliminated from the first season, Firey started slapping Tennis Ball because it felt weird for Coiny to be gone, since Firey's entire character was mostly just his rivalry with Coiny. I see people frequently describe Firey as having been bland during the first season. Firey gained personality because of how important he became to the story due to Leafy stealing Dream Island from him. Coiny's entire character during the first season was mostly just his rivalry with Firey too, but when Coiny started BFDIA on a team with a very small quantity of members compared to the other one, he was required to do a lot more. This made Coiny demonstrate more interesting traits, and he even acknowledges that BFDIA was the best season for him. Firey and Coiny became more interesting because they were eventually put in circumstances that required them to do more than they usually did, while being separated from each other so they wouldn't repeat what they've always done. Spongy was just written to have practically no depth in his personality during the first season. Even during BFDIA, he spoke words instead of just doing sounds, and his contributions to the competition were more than just being heavy and otherwise doing what any other contestant could do. The other characters seemingly not respecting him despite him not being unproductive made him a more sympathetic character compared to when he was thrown off a boat during the second episode of the entire series. By the time of BFB, he became even better, because the quality of the show increased, and he spoke even more, which led to him doing more. Pillow is the way she is because she doesn't have a heart, apparently, which has always been the case. The pain doesn't need to specifically be directed towards herself; the case is that she enjoys experimenting with the world, despite her below average intelligence and lack of emotional understanding. She was on a team that wanted to prevent death during BFB, so it wasn't as obvious that she was like this compared to her demonstrations during TPOT. When she joined Death PACT, she did so because she heard the word "killing" and was appealed by it. During the fourth episode, she got her team to stop focusing solely on preventing death by sacrificing herself, making it so that only she would die instead of potentially the rest of the team that was blocking forks from hitting Four. Now that Pillow is no longer with that group during TPOT, she's free to be as reckless as she wants to be.
I wouldn't call them evil. In our world the things they do would no doubt be unforgivable, but in their world things like death and murder are usually a minor inconvenience since recovery technology exists in the form of C.R.C.s(Contestant recovery centers)and four(for some reason). Since people can be brought back from death with literally the press of a button, and given how easy it is to kill certain people(like bubble and ice cube)chances are the ideas of punishment for murder would seem silly to them since it's not uncommon to kill someone accidentally in their world.
So far: > Blocky has the most death sentences - 6 > Match, Needle, Purple Face, Puffball, and Pen have no death sentences > If regular deaths are counted as death sentences, most, if not all, have most death sentences cleared > Blocky has the most life sentences - 2,747 > Pen is the only one without a life sentence > Without life sentences, Flower has the longest jail sentence - 8,742 years > Without life sentences, Needle has the shortest jail sentence - 11 years, 6 months > If we go by a life sentence with a possibility of getting parole after 25 years, Dora has the shortest jail sentence - just 1 life sentence > Leafy has more combined fines (1 trillion) than the rest combined (135 thousand) > Golf Ball and Firey the only ones that has fines, jail sentences, life sentences, death sentences, and assets getting shut down - all at once > Firey is the only one with community service > Even Bubble has two death sentences - torture murder of the Announcer > Lollipop and Gelatin have life sentences for their murder of Firey in The Taste of Space
I genuinely love these videos. I always laughed really hard when I see all the charges from scenes i really like come together and the comedically large sentence at the end thqt no person could carry out
I love these videos, it’s always fun to guess what they’re going to be charger for as a consequence of their actions Also, shouldn’t puffball be charged with child murder at 0:29?
@MyFingerTastePurple actually hes 1. he claimed his birthday is on June 29th. and he was introduced in June 29th, 2012. and by BFDIA 5e (being released in august 2013), hes 1
If you were to charge firey and coiny for the actual amount of times they've slapped each other, i think they'd get a VERY, VERY terrifying criminal record
Firey should've been charged some of those times with "accidental arson" if that's a thing, cuz some of those times he didn't mean to set fire to whatever he set fire to.
@@SeaShantyProductions watching back on the clip, he actually died when yellow face threw the flame stuff because when coiny said "well spongy is dead already" and spongy saying "I, I hope" which means he's still conscious because he replied or Michael and Carey did it as a joke idk thats what I think
some ones i know: -Battery x2 in BFDI 25 -You could argue trespassing/property destruction in BFB 14 to GB's factory, but he did it to escape certain death, so idk -Perjury in BFB 22 -Property Destruction in BFB 24 and Gross Negligence tell me if i missed anything
1:53 Honestly, Why can’t Death Pact Again just try to dig around the area on the right side of where Ice Cube was or take the Death Pact Again Bracelet from Ice Cube so she can be teleported to the hotel?
I was going to look at something else but then I got distracted because I saw this new video in my recommended, I don't remember what I was doing but it was totally worth it
if you did black hole, would all of his homocides be considered invouluntary manslaughter? that implies his mere existance is criminal negligence, is that really fair? same for like firey killing leafy just by hugging, is there a different charge to give in these cases?
He would have to actually trap them in there intentionally but he traps himself and it was an accident anyway so he can’t be charged with false imprisonment.
3:43 Pen: if you vote for me I will give you 500 Million Vigitilion Dollars Corpse Prime: No you Won’t HA XD I was waiting for someone to pull that joke on Pen Also I can’t spell Vidgitilion :( My Comment was Edited can you Heart Again Please And Thank You
It’s still involuntary manslaughter due to nobody knowing that Book end up on in the dream sauce despite having the chance to just climb out and leave. Involuntary manslaughter is when you kill a person without having any intention to killing a person and didn’t purposefully endanger their lives that leads to them dying. For Team No Name’s case, they never knew that Book fell into the Dream Sauce and its Book’s own fault due to not trying to climb out of the vat easily.
2:38. This should really be reckless endangerment. Because puff ball yas trying to eat them. But bitting people is also assult, so I should really be both.
i'd like to see what would you charge the 3 speaker box hosts (firey speaker box, flower speaker box and puffball speaker box), black hole and especially rocky vomiting on everyone for
