We got Clayton ( Tarzan ), Yzma ( The Emperors new groove / Emperor Kuzco ), Cruella, Horace and Jasper (101 Dalmatians) and The Ringmaster (Dumbo). What crimes have they comitted? Yeah Tarzan had every right to kill him at that point and Clayton needed to learn not to bluff on his life, but unlike the live action precursor this Tarzan prefers to allow people to face the proper authorities rather than play visuality.

Tbh, Disney could've taken his death further, ropes in the gallows had to be a specific length to break the neck of the criminal; too short, the victim would have choked to death; too long, and the victim's head would've been ripped off. So they were justified for ripping his head off. Though yes I do agree, one of the darkest deaths for sure, the shadow of the lifeless corpse dangling is a scene you don't forget.

At least, accounting overall villains and heroes, Cruella and two others lost the licence for good, except Cruella's the only Disney villain in that regard.

IIRC, some of the puppies tell Sergeant Tibbs that they were "all bought and paid for." So Cruella didn't dognap 84 of them; she's their legal owner. But still animal cruelty.

Crullela didn't just commit reckless driving. She was intentionally trying to ram the other driver off a cliff. So her sentence should include a 2nd degree attached murder charge.

The Ringmaster is pretty accurate to real circuses back then. Thank goodness that most of them have phased out animal acts. I really hope that the next Disney Villians charged for their crimes will include The Horned King [The Black Cauldron], the next Warner Brothers Villians will include Meowrice [Gay Purr-ee which is technically a UPA film but Warner distributed it], and a Will Vinton Villians video will include Wilshire Pig [Claymation Comedy Of Horror/Claymation Easter] and Leonard Limabean [Raisins Sold Out and The California Raisins Show which only had 13 episodes].

Clayton: 1. Isn't blowing buckshot at someone attemped murder instead of aggravated assault? Yzma: 1. Her plan on turning the emperor into an animal would be conspiracy to commit mutilation 2. That secret lab of her is definitly not OSHA and should be closed Cruella: 1. Besides reckless driving, she would also be charged with causing an accident and leaving the scene of an accident Ringmaster 1. To use elephants you need a permission. Him abusing animals, I doubt he has one... 2. That circustent doesn't look safe to me. Give him some OSHA violations and a circus shutdown.

I mean the first one can be dismissed cause it wasn’t technically poaching you can legally fire your gun if you feel threatened and gorillas were known to kill people plus cheetahs in the forest so firing the gun would be dismissed as self defense. It’s how a lot of poachers got away with crimes back then cause who’d tell them no he killed them for sport most these people hunting were friends out for the same thing
