Technically Jack should have only 1 trespassing charge, as he is impersonating Santa, that mass trespassing charge should be changed to an identity theft charge!
@@Nitro89 Yea but he's their King and at that point Santa which means he has a responsibility to make sure the toys aren't going to harm people and aren't dangerous by human standards rather than the standards of Halloween Town. He knows they don't fully understand what Christmas is supposed to be about and as such would make things that may scare or harm people as is their way of life. (As evidenced by the song he sings in Christmas Land "And absolutely no one's dead", meaning they're all dead in Halloween Town which would imply the town probably doesn't care about what could cause bodily harm or even death as they're all already dead and probably don't realize humans don't come back to life)

I would like to point out Gantu was a galactic officer on duty, the reckless endangerment when he was attacked is fair since two outlaws are attacking his ship intending to steal the illegal bio-weapon from his possession.
Jack isn’t really a villain. He was just sick of Halloween and being the Pumpkin King and all the fame. That’s the thing that sucks about being really famous. You’re constantly having people ask you questions and stuff. He just wanted a new, fresh holiday. But impersonating Santa Claus and giving people dangerous toys was bad. He probably just didn’t understand the point of Christmas. (By the way, Spider-Man Villains Part 3 is something I’m waiting for! You should charge all The Amazing Spider-Man movie villains: Lizard/Dr. Connors, Electro/Max, Green Goblin/Harry Osborn, and The Rhino/Aleksiea! Great Video by the way!)
Gantu was never charged for his actions by the Grand Council Woman but he was fired but you will have to ad on to his charges since this is not the last we see of him.
hold on, Jack ain't a villain, sure he tried to do his version of Christmas by swapping places with the real Santa, plus unintentionally endangering the children and grown ups of the world, he was doing what he thought was good, he didn't mean to give everyone here in the human world the wrong idea, he was only misleading himself, which he didn't know that till later.
Acctualy, Jack didn't want to kill the kids, it's mass child endangerment. And he saved Santa at the end and save the Chrustmass, Santa forgives him after that he told him, that Pumpkin King should think before stilling the Christmass. So Skeleton should be pardoned.
Jack isn’t smart because he and everyone else in Halloween town can’t tell the difference between joy and fear and when is a good time or holiday to display those emotions or use their unusual talents outside of Halloween

Facilier - some type of contract of adhesion or fraudulent contracting, murder on Ray as Ray is as sentient as a human in the movie Gantu - not just false imprisonment but also child abduction, reckless endangerment on Lilo (taking her into space in a glass tube with a crack would kill her), attempt murder is x2 for both Lilo and Stitch, and a boatload of other charges from the TV show including aiding a known convict, multiple abductions, endangerments, and false imprisonments. Jack - ID theft on Santa, trespassed into Oogie's lair and did fight Oogie--though those could be considered self-defense/defense of another Oogie - is it legal to have so many lethal traps within one's own home? And the 3 kids are clearly terrified of him, so there might be an intimidation charge somewhere. Shere Khan also took a swipe at at least one of the vultures.
3:51 Objection to Case 2. Aside from kidnapping Lilo (WHAT?!) Gantu had full authorization to remove Experiment 626 from Earth by any means necessary. Due to his police training, he saw Jumba and Pleakley (who were already fugitives at that point) as vigilantes trying to capture 626 as they no longer had authorization to capture him. (Also, he simply didn't know Nani was with them at the time.)

Also for the Shadow Man, he does Voodoo Magic, and in my Opinion, that is worse than Murder, Attempted Mass Murder (with fatalities), Mass Murder, Attempted Genocide (with Fatalities), and Genocide, and those are the 5 charges I give the Death Penelty for, so what's worse than the Death Penelty? In the past, Witch Doctors were often Stabbed with a stick on fire, so speered and burned, so that would be my final sentence for the Shadow Man
