If Every Region Got a New Starter Trio 

Here’s what I’d take for each region: Kanto - Poliwag Johto - Houndour Hoenn - Spheal Sinnoh - Budew Unova - Litwick Kalos - Clauncher Alola - Salandit (assuming it’s always female) Galar - Rolycoly Paldea - Charcadet

Some of these mons with start stats would ve broken. Especially ferathorn

Ironic how the types they’re strong against are 4x weak to them except litwick

Unova had the best alternative starters.

Rolycoly isn't a fire type, so I'd say that Coalossal doesn't really work. Also interesting that discounted Hydrapple for being part of a split evolution line, but went with Armarouge in the next region.
