I don't think so, since Miu planned to kill KOKICHI because she even placed a bottle of poison next to Kokichi's seat so it would like he was poisoned. So if she fails then I think instead of going after another person, she would just stop. Also she wanted to meet up with only Kokichi and told him to meet at the roof top so I doubt she would tell it to another person just BECAUSE she wanted to kill someone. (Not to mention is she would, three people would have proof that she's the culprit)

It’s be funny if, Your just exploring, and than Kokichi runs in, “SHUICHI! Miu is trynna Kill me…!” That would be cool, and if Miu does succeed, It would be a good chance Miu survives, a good genius, PLUS she had a good murder plan, as soon as she killed Kokichi, when they logged back to the real world, Kokichi would seem as he have been killed by Poison, so there’s a good chance, Miu, would succeed and Shuichi and the others, to die Edit: so everyone dies, because Gonta screws up, well he probably wouldn’t know since, he messed up the memory cables.
