I joined at that time and i felt the pain. CONTEXT: I had played GTA before, but never GTAO, but i knew the rules: No attacking randoms, no destroying cargo, etc. Others who joined at the same time as me didn't accomolish the rules. Adding that modders were rampant... PAIN LEVEL: KIDNEY STONE

It was actually pretty nice for freeroaming, servers were full of noobs that didn't even know how to use the weapon wheel and the ratio of hacker/legit was way more manageable.
