Tutorial before being able to access options so you're stuck with whatever the fuck the game auto decides for you, so if you're anything that's not 1080p you get black bars (16:10) or shitty resolution (QHD or 4k screens.)

You know, my friend bought the movie a couple months back as a joke, and it came with an advert for Wiseau's brand of new underwear (The proper name for the stuff escapes me). Suggestions if you ever decide do make another one: 1. The game ends after the first 30 minutes of playthrough asking you to pre-order the next DLC 2. Your sight automatically targets the nearest enemy with auto-aim 3. Achievement awards for everything you do.

To be fair, HL1 had all of this. It was just executed much better. Rather than pausing the game play and sign posting ideas, it introduced them gradually as the game progressed.

If HL was done today it would be full of lengthy cinematics, one pay additional content, mini missions as DLC,, no jumping because it's too complicated, no health pack and armor. You will not be able to explore the levels and you will be with a sidekick that will either impede you to go elsewhere than the places the developers have intended ...

Remember the expension pack for the original Call of Duty? United Offensive? That was an ENTIRE GAME for just 15€! It gave us a whole new singleplayer campaign and lots of new multiplayer maps with new guns and even vehicles! Today this would be a seperate game for 60€ and the vehicles, maps and guns would be DLCs.

I expected the entire video to be the black mesa train ride, and when barney opens the door, instead of walking into the sector 3 test labs, a black screen appears that says ''content available only in the ''unforseen consequences DLC''.'' Then you go back to the door control panel, and you use it pretty much as a Card Scanner or a QR scanner, to pay right then and there, and then you can go forward.
