This is one of the first songs I ever wrote that I considered "good". It is the only song from when I first started writing with an acoustic guitar, that I have kept in my available repertoire. I wrote it while still in my 20's and still on active duty in the U.S. Army. So many of my early songs were love songs. I am just a sucker for a good love song. This accurately depicts that hope that envelopes young love. Here to all the lovers out there. Love fearlessly. Love who you love without reservation. The world needs more love.
