Bio: Leonardo Torres was raised Catholic and left the church after being threatened to be kicked out for asking questions about the bible concerning his grandfather's death. He identified as an Atheist for 12 years and spent that time actively arguing with anyone who brought up religion. At age 30, he had a strong encounter with God that made him drop his Atheist title and became a free follower of GOD who he calls, "The Great Spirit". Taking God seriously and following Him wherever He leads him, Leonardo was led to start this RU-vid Channel, reacting to music as a "Non-Christian" musician reviewing Christian music. Through the music and the stories he began to learn more about Christ and considers himself a Student of Christ. Having been lost and now found, this channel is like a lost and found for lost sheep, Leonardo's goal is to create a safe space where God can find those who are yearning for Him.
Leonardo wants to remind followers of Christ to love one another as they were commanded. He is a man on a mission to spread the love of God to everyone that comes to this channel. Whether you come to stay or are just passing by, we pray your soul is touched by The Holy Spirit and that you are changed forever! It's a sacrifice and not an easy one. To lay down your life, put aside your desires and take up your cross like the Lord said. An offering will cost you something (e.g. 2 Samuel 24:24). You'll be giving up your time, your resources etc. I don't think it's easy at all but despite the pain of the sacrifice of giving everything to God, I believe it would be pleasing to Him. To put God and what He wants first before yourself, like what Jesus did when He laid His life down for us. It's a very deep concept. At first it may feel very difficult for us but ultimately it results in a net good. It reminds me of Hebrews 12:2 and Isaiah 53:10- the road to the cross was unimaginable but look at what it led to.
